Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Promotion (Free Samsung 55” UHD TV)

    1. Campaign: Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Promotion – Free Samsung 55” UHD TV (“Campaign”).
    2. Campaign Period: From 25 May 2026 until 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) or while stocks last, whichever is earlier. Maxis reserves the right to end the Campaign once all available units are depleted.
    3. You or Participant(s): Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
    4. TV: Refers to one (1) Samsung 55” UHD TV (Model: UA55U8000HKXXM) worth RM2.899, or such other model of similar value as may be determined by Maxis that comes complimentary with purchase of one (1) Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra during this Campaign.
    5. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of this SSTC are to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions for Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/contract/zerolution/ (“SSTC – Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices”), the terms and conditions for Maxis Device Contract at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/contract/device-contract/ (“SSTC – Maxis Device Contract”), the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
    6. Maxis reserves the right at its sole discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
    7. Maxis’ decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
    8. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
    9. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
    10. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the STC, the GTC,  SSTC – Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices and SSTC – Maxis Device Contract shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) SSTC – Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices; (c) SSTC – Maxis Device Contract; (d) GTC; and (e) STC.
    11. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
    1. This Campaign is open to new and existing Maxis customers who:
      1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra via selected Maxis channels, including Maxis Centres, Maxis Exclusive Partners, or Maxis Online Store;
      2. Subscribe to or renew an eligible Participating Postpaid Plan (as defined in Appendix 1); and
      3. Confirm TV stock availability via respective Maxis channels
      A purchase is deemed successful when the Zerolution Contract or Device Contract is signed.
    2. The eligibility to this Campaign is subject to the following criteria:
      1. you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
      2. you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if you are suitable and/or eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    1. Each successful purchase entitles the Participant to one (1) TV
    2. The Campaign is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability
    3. The TV is:
      1. Non-transferable
      2. Non-exchangeable
      3. Not redeemable for cash or credit
    4. May be substituted by Maxis with another item of similar value without prior notice.
    1. The following must be strictly adhered to:
      1.  Address & Order Confirmation
        1. Delivery will be made to the Participant’s billing address as captured at the point of order confirmation
        2. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that the billing address is accurate and up to date prior to order confirmation
        3. Any changes to billing address after order confirmation will not be entertained or reflected for TV delivery
        4. Maxis shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries arising from incorrect or outdated billing address details
      2. Delivery Timeline
        1. The TV will be delivered within 3-14 working days from the date of successful purchase, subject to stock availability and logistics arrangements.
      3. Delivery Process & Authentication
        1. A Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) will be sent via SMS to the Participant’s registered mobile number for purchases via Maxis Online Store
        2. The TV will only be handed over upon successful TAC (for Maxis Online Store) or personal details (Name, IC and Address for Maxis Stores) validation with the rightful recipient
        3. The delivery partner may attempt delivery up to three (3) times
        4. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, Maxis reserves the right to cancel or forfeit the TV without further liability
    1. The TV is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty
    2. An acknowledgement form must be executed by the Participants upon receipt of the TV confirming that the TV has been received in good physical condition, free from any visible defects or damage. Should any defects, damage, or discrepancies be identified upon delivery and inspection by our delivery partner, a replacement TV will be delivered. Replacement deliveries will be within two (2) working days; this timeframe is subject to availability of replacement stock.
    3. Any defects, damage, or discrepancies found after delivery must be reported to the manufacturer:
      • Samsung Hotline: 1 800 88 9999
      • Monday to Sunday 24 Hours
    4. Maxis is not the manufacturer and shall not be liable for defects, quality, or fitness of the TV.
    1. Participants must fulfil all contractual obligations under the subscribed Maxis plan.
    2. In the event of early termination, cancellation, or breach of contract;
      1. Maxis reserves the right to recover the price stated above; or
      2. Impose applicable charges at its discretion
    1. Maxis reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Campaign, including but not limited to bulk purchases or non-genuine purchases.
    1. Maxis shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or events beyond its reasonable control.
    2. If any provision of this SSTC is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
