Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Explore with Maxis

    1. This Experience: Explore with Maxis is a guided bus tour curated for Maxis Postpaid principals. Each principal may register one (1) guest only, making a total of two (2) participants per registration. The guest must be above seven (7) years of age (“Participants”).
    2. You: Person(s) signing up and participating in this Experience.
    3. Experience Period: This Experience runs on selected dates, 20–21 December 2025, and 3–4 January 2026 — as determined by Maxis (“Experience Period”). Sessions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
    4. This Experience and your participation are subject to:
      1. the General Terms & Conditions for Maxis Postpaid customers (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/) (“GTC”);
      2. this SSTC; and
      3. any other applicable terms and conditions published from time to time (all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/).
    5. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    6. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”) shall be construed in the following order of precedence: a. SSTC; b. GTC; and c. STC.
    7. We reserve the right, without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Experience details, and all operational arrangements. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Experience (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/).
    1. This Experience is exclusively for Maxis Postpaid principals. Each principal may register one (1) guest only, making a total of two (2) participants per registration (“Registration”). The guest must be above seven (7) years of age.
    2. Registrations are non-transferable.
    3. The principal must have the Maxis App downloaded and logged in prior to arrival. The guest is not required to have the App.
    4. Maxis employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this Experience.
    1. Each Registration is valid only for the selected session (date and time).
    2. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    3. A waitlist may apply and does not guarantee participation.
    1. All participants must check in at the designated registration counter within the stated time window.
    2. All members under the same booking must arrive and check in together. Partial check-ins are not allowed.
    3. Late arrivals may forfeit participation, and seats may be reassigned at Maxis’ discretion.
    1. Participants must follow all instructions provided by the bus driver, Maxis crew, and partners.
    2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
    3. If you wish to leave the tour early, you may do so but must inform the crew beforehand.
    1. If a participant’s behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or poses a risk to themselves or others, Maxis may deny boarding or require the participant to leave the Experience immediately.
    2. In such cases, Maxis shall bear no further liability or responsibility, and the participant shall have no claim thereafter.
    1. All participants join the Experience at their own risk.
    2. Maxis shall not be responsible nor liable in any way responsible for any deaths, accidents, personal injuries, losses or damages associated with the Experience.
    3. Participants are required to exercise caution and take personal responsibility for their wellbeing.
    1. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for minors throughout the Experience.
    2. Any accessibility needs (e.g., stroller access, mobility requirements) must be declared during registration. Support will be provided where reasonably possible.
    1. Maxis may modify, delay, shorten, skip stops, or cancel the Experience due to weather, safety, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
    2. A replacement date may be offered where available.
    3. Refunds or compensation will not apply.
    4. This Experience is designed to highlight the guided journey and storytelling elements. Meals or refreshments provided during the session are incidental and not the main feature of the Experience.
    1. Maxis and its partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Experience. Participants are responsible for their own items at all times.
    1. By participating, you consent to Maxis capturing and using your image, voice, likeness, and any related recordings for marketing and promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
    1. Participants must be fit to join the Experience. Maxis may deny participation if someone is deemed unfit to travel. If you feel unwell, notify staff immediately.
