    1. You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You confirm that the image is your own or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it for the Campaign. Maxis is not liable for any inappropriate, infringing, or unauthorised content uploaded by you.
    2. The greeting is generated using Maxis AI technology, powered by Gemini. The output is automated and may vary. Maxis does not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability of the generated greeting. Your uploaded image will not be stored. Your generated greeting will be stored only for the duration of the Campaign + two (2) weeks, solely for dispute‑resolution purposes (e.g., suspected misuse of the Campaign). After this period, the generated greeting will be permanently deleted.
    3. Your uploaded image and generated greeting will not be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
    4. Your participation is subject to the Maxis Group Privacy Notice, which explains how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected. Please review it here: https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/.
    5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxis will not be responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising from your use of the Campaign, including misuse by third parties or issues arising from the images you choose to upload.
