Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Family Plan Comedy Night (“This Experience”) at (TGV Bukit Jalil) on (25 April 2026)

• 1. General

  1. This Experience
     The Maxis Family Plan Comedy Night (“This Experience”) is curated exclusively for Maxis Family Plan subscribers. Each eligible subscriber may register one (1) guest only, resulting in a maximum of two (2) participants per registration (“Participants”).

  2. You
     “You” refers to the individual(s) registering for and participating in This Experience.
  3. Experience Period
     This Experience will take place on 25 April 2026, as determined by Maxis. Sessions are subject to availability and may be amended without prior notice.
  4. Applicable Terms
     This Experience and your participation are subject to:
     1. the General Terms & Conditions for Maxis Postpaid Customers (“GTC”) available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/;
     2. these Special Supplementary Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”);
     3. the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”); and
     4. any other applicable terms and conditions issued by Maxis from time to time (collectively available at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/). By registering for and participating in This Experience, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  5. Defined Terms
     Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the GTC.
  6. Order of Precedence
     In the event of any inconsistency, the following order of precedence shall apply:
     (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.

• 2. Changes and Cancellation

  Maxis reserves the right, without liability, to amend, reschedule, substitute, suspend or cancel This Experience (including venue, performers, timing or format) due to safety concerns, technical issues, low participation, government directives, force majeure events or circumstances beyond Maxis’ reasonable control.
  Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided. No refund or compensation shall be payable in connection with such changes.

• 3. Eligibility

  1. All Participants must be above twenty‑one (21) years of age.
  2. Registrations are non‑transferable.
  3. Maxis employees (who are subscribers of Maxis Family Plan) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
  4. Maxis reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject or revoke participation at any time if any information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

• 4. Registration

  1. Registration will be available from 17 April 2026 to 19 April 2026, or until all slots are filled.
  2. Successful Participants will receive a confirmation email on 20 April 2026.
  3. Participants who register after all seats are filled will be notified accordingly.

• 5. Attendance & Check In

  1. All successful Participants must check in at the designated registration counter within the specified time window.
  2. All Participants under the same registration must arrive and check in together. Partial check‑ins are not permitted.
  3. Late arrivals may forfeit participation, and seats may be reassigned at Maxis’ discretion. Maxis’ decision shall be final.
  4. Participants must present their confirmation email and original identification card (IC) for verification.

• 6. Conduct & Venue Rules

  1. Participants must comply with all instructions issued by Maxis, venue staff, security personnel and performers.
  2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, dangerous items and any disruptive or unlawful behaviour are strictly prohibited within the venue.

• 7. Behaviour, Safety & Removal

  1. Maxis or venue management may immediately remove any Participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, offensive or poses a risk to others (including heckling performers).
  2. Such removal shall be without refund, compensation or liability, and the Participant shall have no claim against Maxis thereafter.

• 8. Safety, Injury & Liability

  1. Participation in This Experience is entirely at your own risk.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Maxis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, expense or inconvenience arising from or in connection with This Experience.
  3. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

• 9. Weather, Operations & Food

  1. Maxis may modify, delay or cancel This Experience due to safety, weather, technical or operational reasons.
  2. While refreshments may be provided, Maxis does not warrant an allergen‑free environment. Participants with dietary restrictions or allergies participate at their own risk.
  3. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for changes to talent line‑up or programme content.

• 10. Personal Belongings

  Maxis and its partners shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during This Experience. Participants are responsible for their own items at all times.

• 11. Media & Recording Consent

  By participating, you irrevocably consent to Maxis recording, photographing and using your name, image, voice and likeness, in any media and worldwide, for promotional, marketing, archival and commercial purposes in perpetuity, without further notice, approval or compensation.

• 12. Health & Fitness

  Participants must be medically fit to attend. Maxis reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a Participant is deemed unfit, poses a health or safety risk, or requires medical attention.
