Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) – Hybrid Training With Maxis (“This Experience”) at KLCC Square (“KLCC”) on 18-19 July & 25 – 26 July 2026 (“The Event Date”)

    1. This Experience
      The Hybrid Training With Maxis (“This Experience”) is a community fitness initiative bringing people together for a functional fitness circuit.
    2. Eligibility
      1. This Experience is open to members of the public who successfully register and sign up for This Experience on The Event Date. All individuals who complete the registration process are recognized as participants (“Participants”)
      2. Participants aged 14 and above are allowed to join This Experience. Parents/guardians are advised that this activity may not be suitable for younger children due to safety reasons.
      3. Participants may be requested to provide proof of eligibility and suitability requirements as stipulated under this T&C and as determined by Maxis. Maxis reserves the right to verify eligibility and to reject or revoke participation at any time if any information provided is inaccurate or misleading.
      4. Maxis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the operation of This Experience or to be in violation of the terms and conditions of this T&C.
    3. Experience Period
      This Experience will take place on The Event Date as determined by Maxis. Pursuant to clause 8, any or all sessions are subject to availability and may be amended without prior notice.
    4. Applicable Terms
      This Experience and your participation are subject to:
      1. the General Terms & Conditions for Maxis Postpaid Customers (“GTC”) available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/;
      2. this Special Supplementary Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”);
      3. the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”); and
      4. any other applicable terms and conditions issued by Maxis from time to time (collectively available at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/).
      By registering for and participating in This Experience, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
    5. Defined Terms
      Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the GTC.
    6. Order of Precedence
      In the event of any inconsistency, the following order of precedence shall apply:
      (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.

  • Maxis reserves the right, without liability, to amend, reschedule, substitute, suspend or cancel This Experience (including venue, performers, timing or format) due to safety concerns, technical issues, low participation, government directives, force majeure events or circumstances beyond Maxis’ reasonable control. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided. No refund or compensation shall be payable in connection with such changes.

    1. Registration shall be valid on the same registration day until all slots are filled.
    2. Registrations are non-transferable.
    1. All successful Participants must check in at the designated registration counter within the specified time window.
    2. All Participants under the same registration must arrive and check in together. Partial check-ins are not permitted.
    3. Participants are required to present their wristbands for verification prior to participating in the event.
    1. Participants must comply with all instructions issued by Maxis, venue staff, security personnel and performers.
    2. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, dangerous items and any disruptive or unlawful behaviour are strictly prohibited within the venue.
    1. Maxis or venue management may immediately remove any Participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, offensive or poses a risk to others (including heckling performers).
    2. Such removal shall be without refund, compensation or liability, and the Participant shall have no claim against Maxis thereafter.
    1. Participation in This Experience is entirely at your own risk.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Maxis shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, expense or inconvenience arising from or in connection with This Experience.
    3. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
    1. In the event of technical or operational or adverse weather, including but not limited to heavy rain, heatwaves, thunderstorms, strong winds, or any other conditions that deemed unsafe, Maxis reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate without prior notice.
    2. While refreshments may be provided, Maxis does not warrant an allergen-free environment. Participants with dietary restrictions or allergies participate at their own risk.
    3. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for changes to talent line-up or programme content.

  • Maxis and its partners shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during This Experience. Participants are responsible for their own items at all times.

  • By participating, you irrevocably consent to Maxis recording, photographing and using your name, image, voice and likeness, in any media and worldwide, for promotional, marketing, archival and commercial purposes in perpetuity, without further notice, approval or compensation.

  • Participants must be medically fit to attend. Maxis reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a Participant is deemed unfit, poses a health or safety risk, or requires medical attention.

  • The personal information/personal data supplied by you when entering This Experience will be used by Maxis in accordance with its privacy policy in the Maxis Privacy Notice. Please refer to the Maxis Group Privacy Notice by visiting the website (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/) for more information as participation in This Experience is an agreement to be bound by that privacy policy, which shall form an integral part of this Terms & Conditions.

    The personal information/personal data collected may be used in future by Maxis to provide you with further information about similar events and information in relation thereto, which you may opt out by informing Maxis of your decision to do so. Your personal information/personal data is subject to the safeguards concerning privacy and security of data as set out in the Maxis Group Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

    You shall ensure that all personal information/personal data provided to maxis are accurate and correct at the point of submission and that Maxis is kept informed and updated of any change in your personal information/personal data.

  1. Should any claim arising out of or in connection with the relationship established by your participation in This Experience results in Maxis becoming liable for any loss or damage which is not capable of exclusion under these Terms & Conditions, then to the maximum extent permitted by laws, Maxis’ total aggregate liability shall be limited to Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred (RM500) only.
  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Maxis, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents and sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or accruing from any non-compliance and breach by you of these Terms & Conditions or any breach of applicable laws.
