Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Home Fibre CNY and Raya Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits Campaign (“SSTC”)

    1. Campaign:  Maxis Home Fibre CNY and Raya Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits Campaign
    2. Campaign Period: Effective from 10 February 2026 until 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive).
    3. You or Participant(s): Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
    4. Participating Plan(s): Maxis Home Fibre 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 1Gbps and 2Gbps plan
    5. Rewards: A one-time Touch ’n Go ewallet Credits for Participating Plan(s) in accordance with the terms of this SSTC.
    6. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of this SSTC are to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions for the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/, the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Fibre (“Maxis Fibre SSTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/, if applicable, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
    7. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Fibre SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Maxis Fibre SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
    8. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
    9. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
    10. Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
    11. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
    1. The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
      1. this Offer is offered to you by selected Maxis Channels;
      2. you must register for a new and Participating Plan(s) on the same day this Offer is offered to you;
      3. you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
      4. you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    2. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria and the eligible areas for this Offer from time to time
    3. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if you are suitable and/or eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Participating Plan(s) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.
    1. In the event you purchase any of the Participating Plan(s) listed below during the Campaign Period via Maxis Online Store at https://store.maxis.com.my/ in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, you are eligible for the corresponding Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit as set out below:

    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this campaign and your successful installation of the Participating Plan(s) (in accordance with the terms of this SSTC), you will enjoy the reward in accordance with the terms below:
      1. The Reward(s) will be given on a “first come first serve” basis to the first 600 Participants who have successfully signed up to any of the Participating Plan(s) during the Campaign Period via Maxis Online Store.
      2. To enjoy the Reward(s):
        1. You are required to install Touch ‘n Go app and register for Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet using your mobile phone number used to register and sign up for the Participating Plan(s) under this Campaign (“Registered Mobile Number”) in order to receive the Reward(s).
        2. The Reward(s) will be credited into the relevant Participants’ Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet account as stipulated in Schedule 1 below. Recipients of the Reward(s) will be able to verify fulfilment of the Reward(s) by checking his/her e-Wallet balance and/or transaction history in his/her Touch ‘n Go account.

        1. In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the Reward(s) on the dates stipulated in the Fulfilment Schedule above is unsuccessful, Maxis will send an SMS to the Registered Mobile Number of the relevant Participant(s) notifying the same and re-attempt crediting the Reward(s) twice on a weekly basis as stipulated in Schedule 2 below

        1. In the event all three (3) attempts made by Maxis to credit the Reward(s) (as described in sub-paragraph (ii) and (iv) above) are unsuccessful, it shall constitute, and be deemed as, a waiver on the part of the relevant Participant(s) to receive the Reward(s) and the relevant Participant(s) shall relinquish all of his/her rights and entitlement in relation to the same. In this regard, Maxis shall be entitled to forfeit the Reward(s) and Maxis shall not be liable or responsible for any claims or whatsoever in relation to and/or arising from the Reward(s).
    1. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Reward(s) if our attempt to fulfil the Reward(s) fails for any reason whatsoever.
    2. Maxis’ decision on the selection of Participant(s) who are eligible and entitled to the Reward(s) shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    3. Maxis shall not be liable to the Participant(s) or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a Participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
    4. The Reward(s) are not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to any person, entity, or account.
    5. Only one (1) Reward will be given to the relevant Participant(s) per each Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) new subscription and activation.
    6. Any Reward(s) unutilized and/or unredeemed are not encashable, returnable and/or refundable.
    7. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch ‘n Go, and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Reward(s) and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Reward(s).
    8. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
    1. During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Participating Plan(s) which you have registered; 
      2. fail to activate the Participating Plan(s) which you have registered; and
      3. change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Plan(s) to another person
      If any of the events in Clause 17 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Reward(s).
