Service Specific Terms & Conditions – 45 Days Saudi Premium Data Pass (“SSTC”)

    1. Pass: 45 Days Saudi Premium Data Pass.
    2. Pass Price: RM99.
    3. Pass Available Period: 7 March 2024 to 30 June 2024 (both dates inclusive).
    4. Pass Validity: 45 days.
    5. You: Maxis’ subscribers who subscribe to any of the Participating Maxis Plans.
    6. Participating Maxis Plan(s): any of the following Maxis Postpaid plans:

    7. The use of the Plan, Roaming Pass and Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Roaming (“Consumer Business”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/maxis-roaming/ (“Maxis Roaming SSTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – 45 Days Saudi Premium Data Pass (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“Maxis FUP”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/ and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    8. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    9. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC, the Maxis Roaming SSTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) Maxis Roaming SSTC, (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
    10. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Pass and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Pass and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/tnc, including changes to the Agreement. Your continuous use of the Service(s) and/or the Pass (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or Pass) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Pass and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new and/or existing Maxis’ subscriber who subscribes to any of Participating Maxis Plans.
    2. This Pass will not be available to you if you have any outstanding bills with us.
    3. This Pass is not applicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    1. This Pass can only be used in Saudi Arabia.
    2. The details of this Pass are as set out below:
    Charge RM99 for 45 days or 1080 hours (45 x 24 hours) from pass activation time. The expiration time and date (converted to Malaysia date and time) will be stated in the confirmation SMS and Maxis app.
    Mobile internet allocation Unlimited quota with first 2GB uncapped speed browsing daily. Speed limit will be capped at up to 1Mbps after excess the first 2GB data.
    Eligible to be upgraded to

    Allowed to upgrade from 1 day Unlimited Data Roaming Pass or DataRoam Roaming Pass to 45 days World Unlimited Data Pass within the same day with additional charges of RM99.

    1. Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    2. International roaming charges are not part of your included value in any postpaid plans and will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend once you have activated the Pass.
    1. The Pass can be purchased through Maxis app and Easy Menu *100#.
    1. You may schedule the Pass in advance for up to fourteen (14) days via Maxis app.
    2. If you are a Maxis postpaid principal line holder, you may schedule Roaming Pass for your active principal line and supplementary line(s).
    3. If you are a Maxis supplementary line user, you may schedule Roaming Pass for your supplementary line only.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Pass and/or Services for such period of time as we deem fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Pass and/or Services if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our network or our roaming partner’s network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with Maxis FUP; or
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
