Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Postpaid 68 for Maxis Fibre Customers Campaign

- The Campaign: Maxis Postpaid 68 for Maxis Fibre Customers
- You: Person(s) signing up for the Offer.
- Participating Maxis Plan(s):
- Maxis Postpaid 68; and
- Maxis 5G Access Pass for Consumer; and
- Maxis Postpaid Share 48.
- Offer:
- Maxis Postpaid 68 with FREE 12 months 5G Access (“Principal Line Offer”); and
- Bill rebate of RM68 for a period of three (3) months on Principal Line Offer for customers who port in (“Port In Rebate”); and
- Bill rebate of RM20 for a period of twenty-four (24) months (“Share Line Rebate”).
- Campaign Period: 2nd October 2023 – 31st December 2023 (both dates inclusive) or such other extension period as may be determined by us.
- The Campaign and the use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Postpaid 68 for Maxis Fibre Customers (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- Further, by signing up to either one of the Participating Maxis Plan(s) under this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by the following: -
- For Maxis Postpaid 68 plan, Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Postpaid 68 (“Maxis Postpaid 68 SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-68/.
- For Maxis 5G Access Pass, Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis 5G Access Pass for Consumer (“5G Access Pass SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/5g-access-pass/.
- For Maxis Postpaid Share 48 plan, Service Specific Terms & Conditions - Maxis Postpaid Share 48 (“Maxis Postpaid Share 48 SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-share/.
For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the Maxis Postpaid 68 SSTC, the Maxis Postpaid Share 48 SSTC, or 5G Access Pass SSTC, this SSTC shall take precedence.
- We reserve the rights without liability to revise this SSTC, the Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Offer (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/promotions/campaign/maxis-postpaid-68-for-maxis-fibre/) and the Service(s) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/), including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) under the Offer (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement and/or Service(s) relevant to the Offer) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you are entitled to terminate the Service(s) under this Offer and/or the use of the Service(s) under this Offer by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- In order for you to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:
- be a new or an existing principal line holder who port in or sign up for new Maxis Postpaid 68 plan;
- be of at least 18 years’ old;
- be an existing Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps or 1Gbps customer.
- You are ineligible to participate in the Campaign and receive the Offer if:
- you have any outstanding payments with us; and/or
- you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- you have already enjoyed this Campaign and its offers
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility for the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion.
- In order for you to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:

- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Services under this Offer are as set out on our official website at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-68/. Charges published are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- You are responsible for the payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (if any).

- Principal Line Offer
- You will enjoy a Maxis 5G Access Pass for Consumer activated on your Maxis Postpaid 68 when you subscribe for Maxis Postpaid 68.
- You will also enjoy the monthly rebate RM10 rebate for twelve (12) months (“Principal Line Offer Period”) under this Campaign when you subscribe for Maxis Postpaid 68.
- The rebate will be reflected in your bill from first (1st) month onwards for a period of twelve (12) months. After the end of the Principal Line Offer Period, you will continue to pay the full price of the Maxis Postpaid 68 plan and Maxis 5G Access Pass for Consumer that you have subscribed to every month unless you terminate your Maxis Postpaid 68 and Maxis 5G Access Pass for Consumer plan.
- Share Line Rebate
- You will enjoy the monthly rebate RM20 rebate for twenty-four (24) months (“Share Line Rebate Period”) under this Campaign when you subscribe for Maxis Postpaid Share 48.
- The rebate will be reflected in your bill from first (1st) month onwards for a period of twenty-four (24) months. After the end of the Share Line Rebate Period, you will continue to pay the full price of the Maxis Postpaid Share 48 plan that you have subscribed to every month unless you terminate your Maxis Postpaid Share 48 plan.
- Port In Rebate
- You will enjoy the monthly rebate RM68 rebate for three (3) months (“Port In Rebate Period”) under this Campaign when you subscribe for Maxis Postpaid 68 and the system has verified that you have ported in.
- The rebate will be reflected in your bill from second (2nd) month onwards for a period of three (3) months. After the end of the Port In Rebate Period, you will continue to pay the full price of the Maxis Postpaid 68 plan that you have subscribed to every month unless you terminate your Maxis Postpaid 68 plan.
You will be able to check and verify your monthly rebate(s) in your Maxis’ bill in which can be downloaded from the Maxis app.
- Principal Line Offer

- During the Rebate Period, you shall NOT:
- terminate or suspend the Maxis Postpaid plan which you have subscribed to under this Campaign;
- cause your Maxis Postpaid account terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis Postpaid plan to another person.
- If any of the events in Clause 20 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the monthly rebate and any remaining rebate will be forfeited with immediate effect.
- During the Rebate Period, you shall NOT:

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burden on our Network; or
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities; or
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:

- The Offer is not redeemable and not refundable/exchangeable for cash.
- Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer to you fails for any reason whatsoever.
- Maxis’ decision on who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
