Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Ole´, Ole´ Boleh

    1. “Campaign”: Olé, Olé Boleh.
    2. “Service(s)” means any of the following:
      1. Maxis Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 158, 188;
      2. Maxis Postpaid 69, 79, 89, 99, 109, 139, 169, 199;
      3. Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 68, 69, 79, 89, 98, 99, 108, 109, 128, 139, 158, 169, 188, 199;
      4. Maxis Family Plan 299, 399, 499;
      5. Maxis Home Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 800Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps;
      6. Maxis Home WiFi 68, 138, 158, 69, 99, 139, 159; or
      7. Hotlink Postpaid 30, 40, 45, 60, 65, 70, 75.
    3. “Eligible Participant(s)”: means the participant(s) who are eligible to participate in the Campaign as prescribed in Clause 13 of this SSTC.
    4. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the applicable General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/ and https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/.
    5. Further, the use of the Service(s) is subject to the applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions of the Services subscribed by you which are available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/ and https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/ (“SSTC Subscribed Services”).
    6. By completing the steps under Clause 20 below and/or by accepting the Prize, the Eligible Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this SSTC. Any Eligible Participant who does not wish to participate in the Campaign must notify Maxis to opt-out.
    7. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    8. For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between:
      1. this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) SSTC; (ii) GTC; and (iii) STC;
      2. this SSTC and the SSTC Subscribed Services, this SSTC shall take precedence only in respect of the Campaign.
    9. By participating in the Campaign, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/ (“MGPN”), and consent to the processing of the personal data shared by you including sensitive personal data in accordance with MGPN.
    10. Failure to comply with applicable terms and conditions under this SSTC, shall result in disqualification from the Campaign.
    11. We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Campaign is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Campaign (whether in whole or in part), at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and participation in the Campaign after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
    1. From 18 May 2026 to 19 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
    1. The Campaign is open to all Maxis’ existing subscribers who subscribed any of the Service(s) who fulfil all the following requirements:
      1. Malaysian citizen;
      2. reach the age of at least 18 years;
      3. you must be subscribed to any of the Service(s) and such subscribed Service(s) must be active and not be suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the selection of Winner(s) (as defined below) and delivery of the Prizes (as defined below);
      4. have no outstanding payments with us; and
      5. have an active account on the Maxis App or Hotlink App.
    2. You may be requested to provide proof of eligibility as stipulated and as determined by Maxis.
    3. The following group of persons or scenarios shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
      1. permanent, contract or temporary employees of Maxis and Maxis Group and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses). “Maxis Group” refers to Maxis, its associated or related companies;
      2. Maxis’ service providers/vendors/partners involve in the Campaign activities, including for content, advertising, promotion, fulfilment and Prize(s) for this Campaign and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);
      3. representatives, dealers and/or agents of Maxis and their permanent, contract or temporary employees and immediate family members; and
      4. any person who has committed or suspected of committing any misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her Maxis/ Hotlink account.
    1. The Campaign will run over nine (9) weeks during the Campaign Period. The weeks are as follows (each a “Week”):

    Week 3 1 June 2026 – 7 June 2026
    Week 4 8 June 2026 – 14 June 2026
    Week 5 15 June 2026 – 21 June 2026
    Week 6 22 June 2026 – 28 June 2026
    Week 7 29 June 2026 – 5 July 2026
    Week 8 6 July 2026 – 12 July 2026
    Week 9 13 July 2026 – 19 July 2026
    1. All steps required for participation under Clause 20 must be completed on or before the end date of specific Week in which the purchase or upgrade was made (“Participation Deadline”). If an Eligible Participant makes a purchase or upgrade but fails to complete the remaining steps within that same Week, the entry is invalid and cannot be carried forward to subsequent Weeks.
    2. All Campaign entries after the Participation Deadline will be automatically disqualified and not considered.
    3. Maxis assumes no responsibility for incomplete or late entries due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, network transmission failure or any other problems inherent in the use of internet and electronic communications that you may face when trying to submit your entry.
    4. To participate in this Campaign and to stand a chance to win the Prize(s), the Eligible Participant must complete all the steps below before the Participation Deadline:
    Step 1: (i) Purchase any new Postpaid Plan, Home Fibre Plan or Home WiFi Plan; or
    (ii) Purchase a new Device; or
    (iii) Upgrade your Postpaid Plan, Home Fibre Plan or Home WiFi Plan

    (Note: Your entry timestamp will be recorded based on the exact date and time this Step 1 is successfully completed.)
    Step 2: Sign into your Maxis app or Hotlink app (whichever applicable)
    Step 3: Ensure you have no outstanding payments with us.
    1. Each Eligible Participant that successfully completes all the steps in Clause 20 above will have one (1) entry into the Campaign. Eligible Participants are allowed multiple entries. Every purchase or upgrade made under Step 1 will be counted as one (1) entry, provided the requirements in Steps 2 and 3 are also met.
    2. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to only win one (1) Prize(s) each Week throughout the entire Campaign Period.
    1. Subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Eligible Participants will stand a chance to win:
      1. 1,000 x Al-Ikhsan Cash vouchers worth RM350
      2. 100 x Samsung 65” UHD Smart TV
      3. 50 x Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB
      collectively, the “Prize(s)”.
    2. There will be of up to 1,150 winners during the Campaign Period (“Winner(s)”). The total Prize(s) pool will be divided and allocated across the respective weeks of the Campaign Period at Maxis' sole discretion (“Weekly Prize Quota”). Maxis will select the Winner(s) from the pool of valid entries received within each Week of the Campaign Period.
    3. The Winner(s) will be selected based on the following mechanics and awarded the respective Prize(s), subject strictly to the Weekly Prize Quota:

    Every 1440th valid entry
    (i.e. 1440th, 2880th, 4320th, and so on)

    Every 2650th valid entry
    (i.e. 2650th, 5300th, 7950th, and so on)
    Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB
    1. For the avoidance of doubt, the selection of Winners is subject to the following conditions:
      1. the selection of Winner(s) based on the mechanics in Clause 25 will immediately cease for a particular Prize category once the Weekly Prize Quota for that Prize has been fully exhausted for that Week. Any subsequent entries within that same Week, even if they hit the respective Nth multiple, will not be eligible to win that Prize;
      2. all valid entries received will be sorted chronologically based on the exact date and time the Eligible Participant successfully completed the requirements under Step 3 of Clause 20; and
      3. the entry count will reset to zero (0) at the beginning of each Week during the Campaign Period.
    2. Winners must ensure they have a valid registered account on the Maxis App for Maxis customers or Hotlink App for Hotlink Postpaid customers.
    1. After Winners are selected and verified, Maxis will publish the Winner list on our website at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/campaigns/ole-ole-boleh/ in the following week after the end of each Week and the Winner(s) will be notified via SMS and/or the official Maxis Hotline (123). Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to use any other method or medium that it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winner(s).
    2. The Winner(s) will receive their Prize(s) in accordance with the following manners:

    Al-Ikhsan cash voucher(s) The Winner(s) will receive an Al-Ikhsan cash voucher in their Maxis or Hotlink App (whichever applicable). The Winner(s) will redeem their Prize(s) from their Maxis or Hotlink App (whichever applicable). Winner(s) must ensure that they have a valid registered Maxis or Hotlink App account (whichever applicable) to receive their Prize(s).
    Samsung 65” UHD Smart TV(s) The Winner(s) will be contacted by Maxis for collection or delivery of the Prize(s). From there on, the Winner(s) have to immediately verify their details and provide their details (including full name, address, mobile number) to Maxis according to the manner stipulated by Maxis for collection or delivery.
    Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB(s) The Winner(s) will be contacted by Maxis for collection or delivery of the Prize(s). From there on, the Winner(s) have to immediately verify their details and provide their details (including full name, address, mobile number) to Maxis according to the manner stipulated by Maxis for collection or delivery.
    1. In the event a selected Winner cannot be contacted after three (3) call attempts by Maxis, or fails to respond and provide their details within the stipulated time, the Prize(s) will be forfeited, and Maxis will proceed to choose the next eligible Winner.
    2. Maxis reserves the right to appoint a third party to fulfil the delivery of Prize(s) and Participants agree that Maxis may provide all necessary information of the Winner(s) to such third party to facilitate such services.
    1. Maxis further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify you if: (i) you are found or suspected to have tampered with the Campaign submission process; (ii) you are found to have made any derogatory, disparaging or critical remarks, comments or statements about Maxis; or (iii) Maxis believes that you have undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities damaging, destructive, or detrimental to the image and reputation of Maxis. For the avoidance of doubt, fraudulent activities include but are not limited to any act of deceit, deception, cheating and/or misrepresentation of any kind.
    2. Maxis is not obligated to consider any Participant that does not meet the eligibility criteria or participation requirements provided under this SSTC.
    3. Failure to comply with any of the eligibility criteria, participation requirements or any terms under this SSTC or Maxis’ instructions shall result in you being disqualified from this Campaign at Maxis’ absolute discretion.
    4. Maxis' decision on the Winner(s) shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained by Maxis at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    5. All Prize(s) are non-transferrable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item. The Winner(s) is not entitled to demand or request for specific Prize(s) conditions / requirements / preference.
    6. Maxis reserves the right to:
      1. replace or substitute the type and value of Prize(s) as Maxis deems fit, in whole or in part, if Maxis is not able to provide the Prize(s) as described for any reason;
      2. revoke and seek the return of the Prize(s) if Maxis finds that you have breached this SSTC. The method of return shall be determined by Maxis at its sole discretion and cost incurred to return the Prize(s) to Maxis will be borne by the Eligible Participant; and
      3. forfeit the Prize(s) if our attempt to deliver the Prize(s) fails for any reason whatsoever. Maxis shall not be responsible or liable in anyway whatsoever in the event the Prize(s) is not redeemed, collected by or delivered to the Winner(s).
    7. The Prize(s) are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind whether express or implied.
    8. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of the manufacturer or distributor of the Prize(s). Maxis and Maxis Group disclaim and exclude all warranties relating to or in connection with the Prize(s) including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security, and accuracy.
    9. The Winner(s) shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the acceptance or use of the Prize(s). If any Winner chooses not to accept the Prize(s) for any reason whatsoever, he / she shall forfeit all claims to the Prize(s), which will be dealt with, according to Maxis’ sole and absolute discretion.
    10. Acceptance of the Prize(s) by the Winner constitutes a release and discharge of Maxis and Maxis Group, by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages which the Winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to:
      1. the Campaign;
      2. personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner(s) as a result of the use, employment and/or acceptance of the Prize(s) or participation in the Campaign; or
      3. any tax liabilities in relation to the Prize(s) and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
    11. By: (i) participating in the Campaign; and/or (ii) accepting the Prize(s) as a Winner, you expressly grant permission to Maxis and its agencies the right to use your name, photograph and/or likeness, video, recording, testimonial or other media item (if any) and to post information about the Campaign and your entry (“Materials”), in whole or in part and in any manner as Maxis may see fit, for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes at Maxis’ website, social media account, digital platforms and any other media outlets without further compensation and notice to you. You release Maxis, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of the Materials including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation and any other personal or proprietary rights. Any person who does not want to have their Materials used, distributed or information disseminated must inform Maxis in writing via email at customercare@maxis.com.my.
    12. Maxis reserves the right:
      1. at any time, change any aspect of the Campaign (including but not limited to the Campaign Period, eligibility criteria, participation requirements, winning criteria, Prize(s)) without prior notice to you; and
      2. at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or delay the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    13. In no event shall Maxis be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection to the Campaign, including (without limitation) any cancellation or postponement of the Campaign.
    14. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Maxis, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents and sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or accruing from any non-compliance and breach by you of this SSTC or any breach of applicable laws.
