Service Specific Term & Conditions – Postpaid and Fibre Bundle Promotion (“SSTC”)

    1. Promotion: Enjoy promotional pricing on the selected devices (“Converged Device Offer”) AND/OR promotional pricing on the monthly Charges for your Maxis Home Fibre plans (“Converged Plan Offer”), as applicable to your relevant Group, subject to your fulfilment of the eligibility criteria set out in Clauses 9 and 10 below.

    1. Converged Device Offer: Promotional pricing on selected devices, subject to the devices eligible for the Converged Device Offer and their availability at the time of subscription under this Promotion. The selection of devices eligible for the Converged Device Offer and the applicable promotional pricing may be changed by Maxis from time to time.
    1. You: Person(s) signing up for the Promotion.
    2. Promotion Availability Period: The Promotion is available from 20 August 2026 and will continue until it is terminated or withdrawn by Maxis at its sole discretion.
    3. The Promotion and your use of the Service(s) are subject to the following terms and conditions, as applicable to the relevant Service(s):

    4. If you choose to also sign up for Mobile Device or Home Device (collectively, “Device”) under your Eligible Postpaid Plan or Eligible Home Fibre Plan, as applicable, your Device contract will be tied to the respective plan and will be subject to the following SSTCs, as applicable to the relevant Device(s):

      3. Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Home Zerolution (“Home Zerolution SSTC”), available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/home-internet/home-zerolution/.

        (Maxis Device SSTC, Device Zerolution SSTC, and Home Zerolution SSTC are collectively referred to as “Device SSTC”)
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between the above terms & conditions, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (i) this SSTC; (ii) Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre SSTC, Maxis Home Fibre SSTC, or Maxis Postpaid SSTC, whichever is applicable; (iii) Device SSTC, if applicable; and (iv) GTC.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, this SSTC shall prevail over the Maxis Unlimited Post & Fibre SSTC, Maxis Home Fibre SSTC, Maxis Postpaid SSTC or Device SSTC only to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency in relation to the Promotion. 
    6. Unless otherwise specified in this SSTC, all capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    7. We reserve the right, without liability to you, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, or the manner in which the Promotion is conducted, or to suspend, restrict or discontinue the Promotion, whether in whole or in part, at any time and as we deem appropriate, with or without prior notice to you.  Where reasonably practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of any such variation, addition or amendment in such manner as we consider reasonable and appropriate.  Where prior notice is required under applicable laws, regulations, codes, or guidelines, we will provide you with not less than fifteen (15) Working Days' prior written notice, or such other period as may be required or permitted under such applicable laws, regulations, codes or guidelines.  Unless otherwise specified in the notice, any variation, addition or amendment will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, where no date is specified, on the date it is published on our official website (the “Effective Date”). You are responsible to check our official website from time to time for the latest version of this SSTC.  Your continued participation in the Promotion and/or continued use of the Service(s) after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the variation, addition or amendment, and you will be bound by it.  If you do not accept any variation, addition or amendment, you may terminate the Agreement and/or Service(s) under the Promotion by giving us notice within fifteen (15) Working Days from the date of the notice of such variation, addition or amendment, or, where no notice is given, from the Effective Date. If you do not do so within that period, you will be deemed to have accepted the variation, addition or amendment.
    1. The Promotion is open only to customers who satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria set out below.  Subject to the fulfilment of the applicable eligibility criteria, an eligible customer shall be entitled to the corresponding offer(s) specified below:

    *Note:

    Definitions Promo Price
    Eligible Postpaid Plan means:
    1. ANY Maxis Postpaid plans(excluding any plan that is unavailable for subscription on our website at the time of subscription under this Promotion)
    		 N/A
    Eligible Home Fibre Plan means
    1. Maxis Home Fibre 300 Mbps
    		 RM99/month
    1. Maxis Home Fibre 500 Mbps
    		 RM139/month
    1. Maxis Home Fibre 1 Gbps
    		 RM159/month
    1. In addition to the eligibility criteria applicable to the respective Groups set out above, you shall also satisfy the following additional eligibility criteria:
      1. you must not have any outstanding payments with us;
      2. you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber;
      3. where you subscribe to an Eligible Postpaid Plan and/or an Eligible Home Fibre Plan under this Promotion, your Eligible Postpaid Plan and Eligible Home Fibre Plan, will upon the successful (a) installation of your Maxis Home Fibre Service; and/or (b) activation of your Maxis Postpaid Service, as the case may be, be converted to “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account (subject to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre SSTC). Your account must thereafter remain as “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account for you to remain eligible for the Promotion.  
    2. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for the Promotion from time to time.
    1. The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Service(s) are as set out on our official website at (a) https://www.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/ (for Maxis Home Fibre) and (b) https://www.maxis.com.my/en/mobile-plans/ (for Maxis Postpaid), as may be updated by Maxis from time to time. The Charges displayed are not inclusive of applicable taxes and are before the application of the Promotion.
    2. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Promotion and Service(s).
    3. Others:
      1. Converged Plan Offer: The Converged Plan Offer will apply to the Eligible Home Fibre Plan’s monthly bill by the second monthly bill at the latest, following the date on which you have fulfilled all eligibility criteria applicable to your relevant Group under this Promotion, including, where applicable, the successful installation of your Maxis Home Fibre Service, activation of your Maxis Postpaid Service and/or linking of your “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account.
      2. Converged Device Offers: If you choose to sign up for a Device under this Promotion, the promotional price for the Device will apply to the Device’s monthly bill by the second monthly bill at the latest following the date on which you have fulfilled all eligibility criteria applicable to your relevant Group under this Promotion, including, where applicable, the successful installation of your Maxis Home Fibre Service, activation of your Maxis Postpaid Service and/or linking of your “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account.
    1. In order to enjoy the “Converged Plan Offer” AND/OR “Converged Device Offer”, you shall not:
      1. terminate or suspend your Eligible Postpaid Plan or Eligible Home Fibre Plan;
      2. have your Service(s) terminated for non-payment of monthly bills or otherwise cause or permit your Service(s) to be cancelled, suspended or terminated by us; 
      3. transfer your Eligible Postpaid Plan or Eligible Home Fibre Plan to any third party;
      4. upgrade or downgrade your Eligible Home Fibre Plan;
      5. unbundle or unlink your “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account (see Clause 10c); or 
      6. cease to meet any of the applicable eligibility criteria under this Promotion at any time. 
    2. Upon occurrence of any of the events specified in Clause 15 above, you will no longer be entitled to the “Converged Plan Offer”, the “Converged Device Offer” and any other promotional rebates and you may be further subject to the following:
      1. if you terminate your Eligible Home Fibre Plan, you may be subject to early termination charge pursuant to Maxis Home Fibre SSTC; and
      2. if you terminate or downgrade your Eligible Home Fibre Plan, the Device tied to such Eligible Home Fibre Plan may be subject to early termination charges pursuant to the applicable Device SSTC; and
      3. if you terminate your Eligible Postpaid Plan, your Eligible Home Fibre Plan will continue, but the Converged Plan Offer will cease to apply and the plan will be charged at the prevailing retail price of the Maxis Home Fibre plan as set out on our official website until it is terminated in accordance with Maxis Home Fibre SSTC; and
      4. if you terminate or downgrade your Eligible Postpaid Plan, the Device tied to such Eligible Postpaid Plan may be subject to early termination charges pursuant to the applicable Device SSTC; and
      5. if you unbundle or unlink your “Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre” account:
        1. your Eligible Home Fibre Plan will continue, but the Converged Plan Offer will cease to apply and the plan will be charged at prevailing retail price of the Maxis Home Fibre plan as set out on our official website until it is terminated in accordance with Maxis Home Fibre SSTC; and 
        2. your Device contract may continue but the Converged Device Offer will cease to apply and will be subject to the prevailing retail price applicable from the date of your Device contract, until your Device contract ends in accordance with the applicable Device SSTC; and
      6. if you choose to upgrade to Maxis Family plan, your Device contract may continue but the Device will be subject to the prevailing retail price applicable from the date of your Device contract, until your Device contract ends in accordance with the applicable Device SSTC.  
    3. To discontinue or terminate the Service(s), you must go to a Maxis Centre.
    4. Maxis reserves the right to terminate the Service(s) under the Promotion in the event that you suspend any of the Service(s) under the Promotion for any period exceeding three (3) consecutive months and the early termination charge as per Clause 16 may apply.
    1. Adeposit of RM500 is payable by the non-Malaysian customers signing up for the Eligible Home Fibre Plan under the Promotion. Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to increase or otherwise vary the amount of the deposit from time to time.
    2. Non-payment for any one of the Service(s) may result in suspension or barring of the Service(s), whether in whole or in part, until the outstanding amount is fully paid.
    1. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Promotion for such time as we see fit, or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if, in our sole view, we determine that your usage:
      1. is excessive or places unusual burden on our Network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/); or
      4. is for commercial / non-personal purposes.
    1. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit or consideration.
    2. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable.
    3. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions except for the following:
      1. Maxis Home Fibre Limited Time offer (RM10 rebate x 24 months);
      2. Maxis Home Fibre Offer for Selected Maxis Postpaid Customers at Maxis Stores.
