Maxis Fibre

  • Maxis Home Fibre provides high speed home internet with speeds up to 800Mbps. It also has the latest range of home devices that is easy to own with Zerolution.

  • You may perform fibre coverage check here.

  • Yes, there’ll be a 24-months contract for new sign ups.

  • For new customer, you have an option to add Unlimited Voice at RM10 per month which also comes with a free DECT phone. Alternatively, you may plug in your own telephone and will be charged on a pay-as-you-use basis at standard rates of RM0.09/minute charge to mobile and fixed line number. Standard rates for international and special numbers will apply.

    For existing customer changing to 30/100/300/500/800 rateplans, DECT phone is not provided and you will have to buy your own.

  • First, you need to perform fibre coverage check here.

    If your new address is within coverage, just walk-in to any Maxis Store to request for relocation. On the installation day, please bring along your modem to new installation address; RM200 may be applicable for new modem.

    If your new address is not within our coverage area, bring along your modem and walk into your nearest Maxis Centre to terminate your fibre service. Early termination fee is applicable if your existing service and home devices are still within contract.
