The launch offer is only valid for customers who sign up for a new Maxis Home Fibre service from 27 October 2023 onwards until further notice.
Yes, you will be able to enjoy the new plan/ pricing.
Max WiFi is an add-on subscription service (RM29/mth) that provides additional equipment for full WiFi coverage of your home, covering installation with repair and maintenance of the additional equipment. We will perform an analysis of your home layout before proposing to install the EasyMesh WiFi6 at the strategic locations in your home. More information on Max WiFi can be found here.
If you sign up for the Maxis Home Fibre 1Gbps plan, you will be able to enjoy the Max WiFi service for free (RM29/mth rebate will be applied to your bill monthly).
No, it will still remain as 24 months.
Yes, you may enjoy the benefit of home devices on Zerolution with your Maxis Home Fibre plan, subject to eligibility check.
For existing Maxis Home Fibre customers with speed 100Mbps and above, you will enjoy a free speed upgrade, which will enable you to enjoy higher speed with better value.
Stay tuned and we will be approaching you with more information on this in November 2023 (This free
speed upgrade will be offered to you without a new contract. If you are currently on contract, your contract will be carried forward.)
Free speed upgrade, subject to network and technology infrastructure at your area, will not include any router and modem changes. On request, router/modem can be changed and will be subjected to standard recontracting terms and conditions.
All existing customers with Maxis Fibre 30Mbps plan are encouraged to upgrade to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre 100Mbps plan and enjoy 3x speed by just paying an additional RM10. To upgrade, visit your nearest Maxis store or give us a call.
For Maxis Fibre 30Mbps customers whose premise is wired by VDSL, you may upgrade your speed once your premise is upgraded and wired by fibre. Upgrade is subject to network and technology infrastructure at your area, and will not include any router and modem changes. On request, router/modem can be changed and will be subjected to standard recontracting terms and conditions.
All existing Maxis Fibre plan customers can opt to move to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre plan. Upon the successful change of plan to the new plans, you will be subjected to a twenty-four (24) months contract renewal and the Terms and Conditions of the new package.
However, if you are an existing customer with Maxis Fibre 100Mbps and above, you will be eligible for a free speed upgrade, which will be offered to you without a new contract. We will be approaching you with more information on the free speed upgrade in November 2023.
You are eligible for a free speed upgrade if you are currently on 100Mbps and above, which means you will be paying the same monthly fee for a higher speed without a new contract. The free speed upgrade will be made available to you in November 2023.
However, if you still want to move to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre plan, your contract will be renewed to a new 24-month contract.
All new sign ups or change to the All-New Maxis Home Fibre plan will be subjected to a new 24-month contract. This condition will be waived for all customers who opt for the free speed upgrade which will be offered in November 2023. Please stay tuned.
However, if you have an active Home Zerolution contract, you may only upgrade to higher speed of the All-New Maxis Home Fibre plans. Upon the expiry of your Home Zerolution contract, you can move to any plan of your choice.
Yes, your Maxis Home Fibre contract will be renewed to a new 24-month contract if you take up a new router or if modem upgrade is required.
WiFi 6E Router on Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps
No, the WiFi 6E router is only available to customers who sign up for Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps.
If you have subscribed to Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps, you can enjoy 2Gbps bandwidth over LAN (wired connection) and up to 1.8Gbps over WiFi. Please take note that you will need to use a WiFi 6E capable device on the 6Ghz band to enjoy this speed.
Yes, this device has a Voice port and you can add on RM10 Voice Unlimited to get the free DECT phone upon signing up for the Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps.
This WiFi 6E router has EasyMesh R2 function. You may subscribe to Max WiFi by Maxperts for RM29/month to get whole house WiFi coverage.
WiFi 6E offers an extra band over WiFi 6. Hence, WiFi 6E is tri-band, with 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and the additional 6Ghz band. This additional channel will enable faster WiFi speeds experience over WiFi 6.

The offer period is effective from 27 October 2023 until further notice.
In conjunction the launch of All-New Maxis Home Fibre plans, Maxis will be offering a monthly rebate of RM10 for 24 months for customers signing up for a new Maxis Home Fibre 100Mbps, 300Mbps and 500Mbps.
Customers who sign up for Maxis Home Fibre 1Gbps will enjoy the Max WiFi service (worth RM29/mth) for free.
Yes, you will enjoy the offer as long as your Fibre service is installed from 27 October 2023 onwards.
No, this offer will only be applicable to customers signing up for a new Maxis Home Fibre service.
Yes, you may sign up a new Maxis Home Fibre service and enjoy this offer with unlimited data with your mobile line.
No, this offer cannot be used together with other offers.
The rebate will be reflected in your 2nd bill onwards after successful installation of your Maxis Home Fibre service.
