Service Specific Terms & Conditions– iPhone Duo Pre-Order Promotion (“SSTC”)

    1. Campaign: iPhone Duo Pre-Order Promotion.
    2. Campaign Period: From 17 October 2026 until 16 November 2026 (both dates inclusive) or while stocks last, whichever is earlier. Maxis reserves the right to end the Campaign once all available units are depleted.
    3. Pre-Order Period: From 16 October 2026 until 22 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
    4. You or Participant(s): Any Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
    5. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this SSTC, the General Terms & Conditions of Service(s) – Maxis Consumer (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/ , the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/ , the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/ and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/ .
    6. Your subscription to and use of the Mobile Device under this Campaign are subject to the applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions, that is to say, the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/contract/zerolution/ (Zerolution Contract SSTC), or the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Device Contract at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/contract/device-contract/ (Device Contract SSTC), as the case may be, and any other applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions governing the Mobile Device and Service(s) subscribed by you, which are available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/ (collectively, "Subscribed Device/Service SSTC").
    7. Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend the terms and conditions of this SSTC, or the manner in which the Campaign is conducted, or to discontinue or terminate the Campaign (whether in whole or in part) with or without prior notice to you (“Changes”). We will provide you with prior notice of such Changes where required under applicable laws and regulations and, where not so required, to the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, in each case in a manner we consider reasonable and appropriate.  The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions including our user guides or leaflets.  Unless otherwise specified in the notice, any Changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, where no date is specified, on the date it is published on our official website (“Effective Date”).   You are responsible for checking our official website from time to time for the latest version of this SSTC.  Your continued participation in this Campaign after the Effective Date will constitute your acceptance of the Changes and you will be bound by them.  If you do not accept the Changes, you may cease participation in the Campaign by giving us notice within fifteen (15) Working Days from the date of the notice of such Changes, or, where no notice is given, from the Effective Date, failing which you will be deemed to have accepted the Changes.
    8. Maxis’ decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
    9. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise permitted by Maxis.
    10. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
    11. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between:
      1. this SSTC, the STC, and the GTC, the following order of precedence shall apply: (a) this SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC;
      2. this SSTC, and the Subscribed Device/Service SSTC, this SSTC shall prevail solely in respect of the Campaign.
    1. This Campaign is open to residents of Malaysia.
    2. To be eligible for the benefit under this Campaign, you must be an existing Maxis subscriber and successfully pre-order an iPhone Duo device during the Pre-Order Period.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if you are suitable and/or eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    1. Each successful pre-order entitles the eligible customer to one (1) digital voucher worth RM300.
    2. Eligible customers will receive the digital voucher within two (2) working days after their pre-orders have been successfully processed and verified.
    3. The digital voucher entitles eligible customers to a discount of RM300 on an outright purchase of selected Apple devices and accessories through the Maxis Online Store, subject to the digital voucher terms and conditions and stock availability.
    4. The Apple devices and accessories eligible for purchase using the digital voucher referred to above are collectively referred to as “Eligible Products”. The list of Eligible Products is as follows:

    1. The RM300 discount will be automatically applied to the total purchase price at checkout before the eligible customer completes the purchase.
    2. The digital voucher is redeemable only on the Maxis Online Store.
    3. The digital voucher must be redeemed and the purchase must be completed within the Campaign Period to qualify for the discount.
    4. The digital voucher is valid only for Outright Purchase and cannot be used for purchases made in conjunction with any Maxis Postpaid plans or other plans.
    5. The digital voucher is for a one-time redemption in a single transaction only.
    6. The digital voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
    7. The digital voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, or converted into credit, and has no cash value. No refund will be provided for any unused digital voucher.
    8. The digital voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible customer to whom it was issued.
    1. Customers are responsible for paying any balance amount remaining after the digital voucher has been applied, together with any applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    2. Customers must pay the full purchase price upfront to obtain immediate ownership of the Eligible Product.
    1. The Eligible Product purchased will be delivered to your doorstep. In-store collection is not available.
    2. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details when placing your order.
    3. You must be present at the specified delivery address on the scheduled delivery date to receive your order. For identity verification and secure delivery purposes, you must provide the TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) to the delivery agent.
    4. The delivery agent will make up to three (3) attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after three (3) attempts, our representative will contact you to verify your delivery details and arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
    1. Maxis reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of engaging in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Campaign, including but not limited to bulk purchases or purchases that are not genuine.
    1. The list of Eligible Products may be changed by Maxis from time to time at its sole discretion.
    2. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of the manufacturers of the Eligible Products. Any repair or replacement of the Eligible Products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. You may be required to refer any warranty claim in respect of the Eligible Products to the relevant manufacturer.
    3. Without derogating from any of the provisions relating to the disclaimer and limitation of liability and to the extent permitted by law:
      1. unless due to Maxis’ negligence or wilful misconduct, Maxis shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Eligible Product;
      2. Maxis shall not be responsible for any delay in performing or failure to perform, any of its obligations, in whole or in part, due to the Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control.
