Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis 5G Home WiFi Sign up & Get Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits Campaign (“SSTC”)

- Campaign: Maxis 5G Home WiFi Sign up & Get Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits
- Campaign Period: Effective from 1 July 2026 until 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- You or Participant(s): Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
- Participating Plan(s): Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99, 139 and 159 Bundle plan
- Rewards: A one-time Touch ’n Go eWallet Credits for Participating Plan(s) in accordance with the terms of this SSTC
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of this SSTC. This SSTC is to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions for the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
- Further, the Campaign and the use of the Participating Plan(s) is subject to its respective Service Specific Terms & Conditions:
- Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 and 139 Plan (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-wifi/);
- Maxis 5G Plus Home WiFi 159 (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-wifi-159/),
- Maxis 5G Home WiFi Device Contract, (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-5g-home-wifi-device-contract/), if applicable, collectively “SSTC Participating Plans”.
- By subscribing to the Participating Plan(s) during the Campaign Period in accordance with Clause 19 below and/or by accepting the Rewards, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this SSTC. If you wish not to participate in the Campaign, you must notify Maxis to opt-out.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between:
- this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC; and
- this SSTC and the SSTC Participating Plans, this SSTC shall take precedent only in respect of the Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/ (“MGPN”), and consent to the processing of the personal data shared by you including sensitive personal data in accordance with MGPN.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend this SSTC, the manner in which the Campaign is conducted and/or discontinue interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict and/or terminate the Campaign (whether in whole or in part), at any time as we deem fit whether with or without prior notice to you and will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any loss (including loss of revenue), loss of services or connectivity or inconvenience as a result thereof. Where no prior notice is provided, Maxis will to the extent commercially reasonably practicable provide you with prior notice of such changes in any form as Maxis deems reasonable and appropriate. The prevailing terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign will be updated on our official website from time to time, whereby the updated terms and conditions will apply and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Service(s) and participation in the Campaign after any changes to the terms and conditions of this SSTC and the Campaign is effective will constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such variations, additions or amendments and you will be bound by the same.
- This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this SSTC, shall result in disqualification from the Campaign.
- Our decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign, including eligibility and Reward entitlement, shall be final. While requests for appeal will generally not be entertained, Maxis may, at its discretion, review cases involving clear administrative errors.
- If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

- The eligibility to this Campaign is subject to the following criteria:
- this Campaign is offered to you by selected channels as determined by Maxis;
- you must register for a new Participating Plan(s) on the same day this Campaign is offered to you;
- you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria and the eligible areas for this Campaign from time to time and Maxis may at its sole discretion, determine if you are suitable and/or eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- The eligibility to this Campaign is subject to the following criteria:

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Participating Plan(s) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.

- In the event you purchase any of the Participating Plan(s) listed below during the Campaign Period via Maxis Online Store at https://store.maxis.com.my/broadband in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, you are eligible for the corresponding Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit as set out below:

- Subject to you complying to the terms and conditions of this Campaign and your successful activation of the Participating Plan(s) within the Campaign Period, in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, you will enjoy the reward in accordance with the terms below:
- the number of Rewards is limited and up to Maxis’ sole discretion. The Rewards is granted on a first-come, first-served basis until the available Rewards are exhausted.
- to enjoy the Reward(s):
- If you are a new Touch ‘n Go user:
You are required to install Touch ‘n Go app and register for Touch ‘n Go eWallet, on or before the Fulfilment Schedule Date of your respective Activation period of the Participating Plan(s), using the mobile phone number that you used to register and sign up for the Participating Plan(s) under this Campaign in order to receive the Rewards. - If you are an existing Touch ‘n Go user:
You must use the mobile phone number registered to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account to register and sign up for the Participating Plan(s) under this Campaign in order to receive the Rewards.
- If you are a new Touch ‘n Go user:
- if you are entitled and granted with the Rewards in accordance with this SSTC, the Rewards will be credited into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account on the Fulfilment Schedule Date as stipulated in Table 1 below. Recipients of the Rewards will be able to verify fulfilment of the Rewards by checking his/her eWallet balance and/or transaction history in his/her Touch ‘n Go account.

- in the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the Rewards on the Fulfilment Schedule Date stipulated in Table 1 above is unsuccessful, Maxis will send an SMS to the Registered Mobile Number notifying the same and re-attempt crediting the Rewards up to two (2) attempts on a weekly basis as stipulated in Table 2 below:

- in the event all three (3) attempts made by Maxis to credit the Rewards (as described in sub-clauses 20 (c) and (d) above) are unsuccessful, it shall constitute, and be deemed as, your waiver to receive the Rewards and you shall relinquish all of your rights and entitlement in relation to the same. In this regard, Maxis shall be entitled to forfeit the Rewards and Maxis shall not be liable or responsible for any claims or whatsoever in relation to and/or arising from the Rewards.
- Subject to you complying to the terms and conditions of this Campaign and your successful activation of the Participating Plan(s) within the Campaign Period, in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, you will enjoy the reward in accordance with the terms below:

- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Rewards if our attempt to fulfil the Rewards fails for any reason whatsoever.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of Participant(s) who are eligible and entitled to the Rewards shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the Participant(s) or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a Participant(s) or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
- Only one (1) Reward will be given to the relevant Participant(s) per each Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) dedicated for the new subscription and activation of the Participating Plan(s).
- Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch ‘n Go, and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Rewards.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
- terminate or suspend the Participating Plan(s) which you have registered; and
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Plan(s) to another person.
- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
