Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – OKU RM10 Rebate for Hotlink Postpaid and Maxis Postpaid

    1. The Offer: RM10 monthly postpaid bill rebate for “Orang Kurang Upaya” (OKU)/ persons with disabilities upon signing up any eligible Hotlink Postpaid plan and Maxis Postpaid plan as listed in clause 8 hereof (collectively “Participated Plan”).
    2. You: Person(s) signing up for any of the Participated Plan.
    3. Depending on the Participated Plan as signed up by you, the Offer is subject to
      1. the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/  or https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, as the case may be;
      2. this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”);
      3. Maxis Fair Usage Policy; and
      4. any other applicable terms and conditions, all at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/hotlink/ or https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/, as the case may be.
    4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Offer, the rebate and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Offer and Service(s) at https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products/postpaid/oku/ or https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/oku-rebate, as the case may be, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or the Participated Plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Participated Plan and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid OKU card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat under the Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat (KPWKM).
    2. The Offer is eligible for any of the following Participated Plans:

      4. Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid/);
      5. Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 68, 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre/);
      6. Maxis Family Plan 299, 399, 499, (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/family-plan/general/); and
      7. Maxis Family Plan Additional Member 48 (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/family-plan/add-member-48/)
    3. You are ineligible for this Offer if you owe us any payments.
    4. This Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    5. This Offer is only applicable and valid per one (1) OKU card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat and upon our verification.
    1. This Offer provides eligible OKU customers a RM10 bill rebate every month. The commencement of the rebate will be subject to your bill cycle, which means the rebate may only be reflected in your bill from second month onwards.
    2. Offer period for this Plan will start from 30th November 2022 until further notice which may be notified through Hotlink app and Maxis app and/or publication on Hotlink website and Maxis website.     3. Please note that if any of the Participated Plan signed under this Offer is: -
      1. cancelled, suspended and/or terminated by you or Maxis for any reason whatsoever; or
      2. you switch from postpaid plan to a prepaid plan, then, this Offer will be automatically cancelled and you will no longer be entitled to enjoy the RM10 monthly bill rebate.
    4. All benefits of Mobile Internet Package Allocation, international roaming, unlimited minutes and SMS shall follow each of the Participated Plan as subscribed by you.
    1. We reserve the right to alter, amend and/or discontinue the Offer under any of the Participated Plan and/ or the monthly OKU rebate with reasonable prior notice.
    2. We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) and/or Offer for such period of time as we deem fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Service(s) and/or Offer if your usage:
      1. shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
      3. is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/faq/products-services/fair-usage-policy/;
      4. is for commercial/non-personal purposes; and/or
    1. Subject to our GTC and this SSTC, you as a principal line holder may at any time terminate the offer by contacting Maxis as follows: -
      1. by calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile; or
      2. by walking into our Maxis Centres listed on www.maxis.com.my.
