Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Home Fibre Super Saver Offer for Selected Areas

- This Offer: Sign up for Maxis Home Fibre 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps Plan to enjoy rebates on the Charges of your monthly Maxis Home Fibre bill for a duration of 24 months (“Rebate”). Please note that:

Rebate on Monthly Charges i. Maxis Home Fibre 300Mbps Plan
RM40/month rebate for the remaining twenty-four (24) months
ii. Maxis Home Fibre 500Mbps Plan
RM20/month rebate for the remaining twenty-four (24) months
iii. Maxis Home Fibre 1Gbps Plan RM90/month rebate for the remaining twenty-four (24) months - Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of your Maxis Home Fibre Service; and
- Each Maxis Home Fibre Plan is subject to a twenty-four (24) months minimum period of service (inclusive of rebate duration) (“Minimum Period of Service”), as per the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Home Fibre.

- By subscribing to this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Home Fibre (“Maxis Home Fibre SSTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-fibre/ ), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-fibre-rebate-offer-for-selected-areas/ ).
- We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Offer without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
- This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
- Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
- All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Home Fibre SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Maxis Home Fibre SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
- This Offer: Sign up for Maxis Home Fibre 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps Plan to enjoy rebates on the Charges of your monthly Maxis Home Fibre bill for a duration of 24 months (“Rebate”). Please note that:

- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
- this Offer is offered to you by Maxis’ dealer or authorized reseller;
- your installation address for Maxis Home Fibre is within the selected areas (as provided in Clause 6);
- you are currently NOT an existing customer of any Fibre plans with Maxis;
- you must register for a new Maxis Home Fibre Plan on the same day this Offer is offered to you;
- you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.

- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria and the eligible areas for this Offer from time to time.

- Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- You are responsible for the payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (including the Charges for the itemized bill) both during and after the Rebate Period (as defined in Clause 10 below). Please download the Maxis app (at https://www.maxis.my/mma_bills) to view, track and manage your monthly bills.
- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Services under this Offer is as set out below:

- After the successful installation of the Maxis Home Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bills of your Maxis Home Fibre Plan, as follows:
- the Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Home Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-five (25) months’ period (“Rebate Period”).
Example:
If the Rebate Assignment Date is on the 15th day of the second (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Home Fibre Service:
- the Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Home Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-five (25) months’ period (“Rebate Period”).
Monthly Bills Rebate/per month Monthly Charge 1st No Rebate Full Charge 2nd Pro-rated from 15th to the last day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate 3rd to 25th Full Rebate Charges after deducting the applicable Rebate 26th Pro-rated from 1st to 14th day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate - For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay for the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for your Maxis Home Fibre Plan prior to the Fibre Assignment Date;
- After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly Charges for the respective Maxis Home Fibre Plan will apply.
- After the successful installation of the Maxis Home Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bills of your Maxis Home Fibre Plan, as follows:

- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
- terminate your Maxis Home Fibre Plan;
- suspend your Maxis Home Fibre Plan;
- have your Maxis Home Fibre Plan terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- change or transfer ownership of your Maxis Home Fibre Plan to another person; or
- upgrade/downgrade your Maxis Home Fibre Plan. However, you are allowed to upgrade your Maxis Home Fibre Plan once the Rebate Period ends.
- You acknowledge and agree that if any of the events in Clause 11 occurs, you shall pay us early termination charges as set out below:
Monthly Charges (Without Rebate) X Balance of Minimum Period of Service
- To discontinue and/or terminate the Service, you must go to any Maxis Centre.
- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:

- A deposit of RM300 for the Maxis Home Fibre Plan is chargeable for non-Malaysians subscribing for the Offer.
- Non-payment for the Service may result in suspension or barring of the Service until the outstanding amount is paid.

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burden on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:

- This Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
- This Offer is not transferable.
