• F-Secure analyses and secures, but does not read, share, or sell any of your traffic.
• The focus of F-Secure’s data collection is not on you, but on your device and their service.
• The F-Secure portal provides limited visibility among those who share the same subscription.

Once you register an account with F-Secure to activate the Maxis Max Secure services, that account is controlled and managed independently by F-Secure.  For more information about how F-Secure collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects your personal data and other information in connection with the Maxis Max Secure services, please refer to the full F-Secure TOTAL Privacy Notice at https://www.f-secure.com/en/legal/privacy/total. The F-Secure TOTAL Privacy Notice applies specifically to the processing of your personal data and other information in connection with the Maxis Max Secure services provided by F-Secure.  The F-Secure TOTAL Privacy Notice is provided and maintained by F-Secure and governs F-Secure’s privacy practices in relation to those services. 

The F-Secure TOTAL Privacy Notice is separate from and independent of the Maxis Group Privacy Notice at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/privacy-notice/. The Maxis Group Privacy Notice does not apply to how F-Secure defines or processes personal data.  You should contact F-Secure to exercise any rights you may have in relation to personal data that F-Secure independently processes in connection with the Maxis Max Secure Services. 

The Maxis Group Privacy Notice applies to Maxis’ own collection and processing of your personal data in connection with your relationship and dealings with Maxis.   When you subscribe to the Maxis Max Secure services, we may share with F-Secure necessary information including your subscription details to enable F-Secure to verify your eligibility, activate your account, and provide the services to you. We do not share your full personal profile, financial details, or contact information with F-Secure unless required to fulfil the Maxis Max Secure services.  For more information, please refer to the Maxis Group Privacy Notice. 

We may update this Maxis Max Secure Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will apply and supersede all previous versions, including any printed materials.  Please check our website at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/ regularly for the most current version, indicated by the update date at the top of this Maxis Max Secure Privacy Policy.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and other translations of this Maxis Max Secure Privacy Policy, the English version will take precedence.
