To reschedule, email us at msolar@maxis.com.my. Do contact us 1-day prior to your appointment date to avoid any late cancellation or reschedule charges.
Requests for appointment rescheduling less than 1-day before the appointment date is chargeable at RM150.

Once your Net Energy Metering (NEM) approval is confirmed, our team will promptly contact you to schedule your installation date at your convenience.
