• What are the Maxis Home Fibre plans?

  We offer the following Fibre plans:

• Can I add on a Home Device to my Maxis Home Fibre service?

  Yes, you may enjoy the benefit of home devices on Zerolution with your Maxis Home Fibre plan, subject to eligibility check.

• I am on the old Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, what should I do?

  If you’re on the old Maxis Fibre 30Mbps plan, you can upgrade to 100Mbps and enjoy 3x faster speeds! Just log in to the Maxis app – it’s quick and easy!

  For homes using older copper lines (VDSL): No worries! Once your area gets fibre-ready, you can upgrade too!

  No need to change your router/modem unless you want to. If you need a new router? Just ask – we’ll sort it out (standard terms apply).

• Will my contract be renewed if I take a new router?

  Yes, your Maxis Home Fibre contract will be renewed to a new 24-month contract if you take up a new router or if modem upgrade is required.

• Is the WiFi 6E router available to all Maxis Home Fibre customers?

  No, the WiFi 6E router is only available to customers who sign up for Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps.

• What speed can I expect with the WiFi 6E router?

  If you have subscribed to Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps, you can enjoy 2Gbps bandwidth over LAN (wired connection) and up to 1.8Gbps over WiFi. Please take note that you will need to use a WiFi 6E capable device on the 6Ghz band to enjoy this speed.

• Can the WiFi 6E router support Voice capabilities?

  Yes, this device has a Voice port and you can add on RM10 Voice Unlimited to get the free DECT phone upon signing up for the Maxis Home Fibre 2Gbps.

• Can the WiFi 6E router support EasyMesh?

  This WiFi 6E router has EasyMesh R2 function. You may subscribe to Max WiFi service to get whole house WiFi coverage.

• What is the benefit of WiFi 6E over the WiFi 6 router?

  WiFi 6E offers an extra band over WiFi 6. Hence, WiFi 6E is tri-band, with 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and the additional 6Ghz band. This additional channel will enable faster WiFi speeds experience over WiFi 6.

• Are there many devices that are WiFi 6E certified in the market?

  Many premium devices support WiFi 6E, including:

  • Samsung S22 Ultra, S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold5 5G, Galaxy Z Flip5 5G
  • M2 iPad Pro, 2023 MacBook Pro, 2023 Mac mini
  • iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max
