Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Online Store Postpaid Plan Only Rebate Campaign

Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Online Store Postpaid Plan Only Rebate Campaign

    1. The Campaign: Maxis Online Store Postpaid Plan Only Rebate Campaign
    2. You: Person(s) who sign(s) up for any of the Participating Maxis Plan(s) under this Campaign who is either new or an existing Maxis Postpaid customer.
    3. Participating Maxis Plan(s): -
      1. Maxis Postpaid 109, 139, 169, 199 plan; or 
      2. Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre 109, 139, 169, 199.
    4. Offer: Bill rebate of RM10 for a period of twelve (12) months. 
    5. Campaign Period: 22nd September 2023 to 8th November 2023 (both dates inclusive) or such other extension period as may be determined by us.
    6. The Campaign and the use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Online Store Postpaid Plan Only Rebate Campaign (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    7. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    8. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    9. Further, by signing up to either one of the Participating Maxis Plan(s) under this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by the following: -
      1. For Maxis Postpaid 109, 139, 169, 199 plan, Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Postpaid (“Maxis Postpaid SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-plan/. 
      2. For Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre 109, 139, 169, 199, Service Specific Terms & Conditions - Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre (“Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre SSTC”), at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre/

      For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the Maxis Postpaid SSTC or Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre SSTC, this SSTC shall take precedence.

    10. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Campaign, our plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. In order for you to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:
      1. be a new or an existing principal line holder who port in or sign up for any Participating Maxis Plan(s) new Maxis Postpaid plan;
      2. be of at least 18 years’ old;
      3. subscribe for any Participating Maxis Plan(s) via Maxis Online Store at www.store.maxis.com.my during the Campaign Period.
    2. You are ineligible to participate in the Campaign and receive the Offer if:
      1. you have any outstanding payments with us; and/or
      2. you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility for the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the Rebate Period. Charges exclude any applicable taxes.
    1. You will enjoy the monthly rebate RM10 rebate for twelve (12) months (“Rebate Period”) under this Campaign when you subscribe for any of the Participating Maxis Plan(s) via Maxis Online Store at www.store.maxis.com.my during the Campaign Period.
    2. The rebate will be reflected in your bill from second (2nd) month onwards for a period of twelve (12) months. After the end of the Rebate Period, you will continue to pay the full price of the Maxis Postpaid plan that you have subscribed to every month unless you terminate your Maxis Postpaid plan.
    3. Only one (1) Offer is valid and given to each MSISDN on new activation of the Maxis Postpaid plan.
    4. You will be able to check and verify your monthly rebate in your Maxis’ bill in which can be downloaded from the Maxis app.
    1. During the Rebate Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Maxis Postpaid plan which you have subscribed to under this Campaign;
      2. cause your Maxis Postpaid account terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
      3. change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis Postpaid plan to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 19 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the monthly rebate and any remaining rebate will be forfeited with immediate effect.
    1. The Offer is not redeemable and not refundable/exchangeable for cash.
    2. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer to you fails for any reason whatsoever.
    3. Maxis’ decision on who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    4. Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
    5. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
