Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Weekend Deals Campaign

- The Campaign: Maxis Weekend Deals Campaign.
- You: Person(s) signing up for the Participating Maxis’ Plan(s) under this Campaign
- Campaign Period: from 8 April 2022 until 10 April 2022.
- The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- “Participating Maxis’ Plan(s)” for this Campaign are any of the following: -
- Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices for Oppo Reno7 Z 5G, Oppo Reno7 5G, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini.
- Maxis Device Contract for Oppo Reno7 Z 5G, Oppo Reno7 5G, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini devices.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
- You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who port-in to Maxis or sign up any of the Maxis’ Plan(s) as stated in clause 14 below during the Campaign Period who are at least 18 years of age (“Eligible Person”).
- You are ineligible for the Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- The Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility for the Campaign and the giving out of the Rewards are subject to our absolute discretion.
- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Campaign both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges excludes applicable taxes.
- To participate in the Campaign, an Eligible Person is required to sign up for a new Participating Maxis’ Plan(s) via Maxis Online Store at https://store.maxis.com.my/
- The terms and condition of each of the Participating Maxis’ Plan can be found as follows:-
- Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices, its SSTC at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/devices/contract/zerolution/ ; and
- Maxis Device Contract, its SSTC at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/devices/contract/device-contract/
- By participating in this Campaign and registering a new Maxis’ Plan(s) and subject to the terms and conditions of this SSTC, you will enjoy the following rewards (“Rewards”): -
Rewards Participating Maxis’ Plan(s) Numbers of Rewards RM 50 Touch n’ Go reload PIN
(i) Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices for Oppo Reno7 Z 5G, Oppo Reno7 5G, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini.
(ii) Maxis Device Contract for Oppo Reno7 Z 5G, Oppo Reno7 5G, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini devices.
For the first 300 Eligible Person only, who registered with the Participating Maxis’ Plan(s).
- You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
- terminate or suspend the registered Participating Maxis’ Plan(s);
- fail to activate the registered Participating Maxis’ Plan(s);
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis’ Plan(s).
- If any of the events in Clause 17 above occur, you shall no longer be entitled to the Rewards.
- You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
- The Campaign and Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
- The Campaign or Rewards is not transferable.
- Only one (1) Reward will be given per each MSISDN for new subscription.
- Rewards are on first come, first served basis.
- You are responsible to utilise the Rewards before the expiry date. Any Rewards unutilised/ redeemed are not returnable/ refundable.
- We make no representation and warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Reward and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered from the use of the Reward.
