Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Fibre Upgrade Campaign

  1. The Offer: Upgrade from MaxisONE Home 30Mbps to 100Mbps for free and enjoy RM40 rebate for 1 month  or Upgrade from MaxisONE Home 100Mbps to 300Mbps for free and enjoy RM20 rebate for 2 months.
  2. You: Person(s) signing up for this Offer must be an existing MaxisOne Home 30Mbps customer or an existing MaxisOne Home 100Mbps customer.
  3. Promo Availability: 9th April 2020 to 30th April 2020.
  4. This Offer is available to existing MaxisONE Home 30Mbps & MaxisONE Home 100Mbps selected customers only.
  5. By accepting this Offer, you will enjoy:
    1. RM40 rebate for 1 month if you upgrade from 30Mbps to 100Mbps or;
    2. RM20 rebate for 2 months if you upgrade from 100Mbps to 300Mbps
  6. You will continue paying the full price of the newly subscribed rate plan upon completion of the rebate period.
  7. This Offer and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Service Specific Terms and Conditions for MaxisOne Home Fiber Broadband (“MaxisOne Home SSTC”) at, Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions; available at and
  8. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  9. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
  10. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.


  1. A fibre account must be registered under your name and be an active account under an individual rate plan offered by us under MaxisOne Home 30Mbps or 100 Mbps.
  2. You are ineligible for this Offer if you have any outstanding payments with us.
  3. This Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility is subject to our absolute discretion.


  1. The rate table guide for the rate plan under this Offer is as set out on our website at 1.    Rates displayed therein are rates before taking into account the applicable rebate and have not included any applicable taxes and GST.
  2. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the rebate period.

Minimum Commitment Period and Termination

  1. This Offer is subject to minimum commitment period of one (1) month for the 30Mbps to 100Mbps upgrade and two (2) months for the 100Mbps to 300Mbps upgrade. The minimum commitment period shall commence from the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Minimum Commitment Period”).
  1. You shall NOT during the Minimum Commitment Period:
    1. terminate your Maxis fibre account
    2. suspend your Maxis fibre account
    3. have your Maxis fibre account terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
    4. upgrade/downgrade your fibre rate plan. However, you are allowed to upgrade your fiber rate plan post the Minimum Commitment Period;
  2. If any of the events in Clause 18 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the rebate and may be subject to termination penalty as provided under the MaxisOne Home SSTC.

Additional Features & Requirements

  1. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
  2. The Offer is not transferable.
  3. This Offer is not applicable to Maxis employees.
  4. You may enjoy only (1) Offer for each fibre line registered


  1. Subject to the MaxisOne Home SSTC and our GTC, you may at any time terminate the Offer and/or plan(s) by:
    1. Calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
    2. Writing in to
