The all-new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid is available from 15 August 2023 onwards.
You can sign up any of the all-new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plan (RM79, RM109, RM139, RM169 & RM199) and any Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan* (RM69, RM99 & RM139)
If you are currently subscribing to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 98/ 108/ 128/ 158/ 188 prior to 15 August 2023, we recommend you to switch to the all-new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plans to enjoy 5G network.
*Maxis 5G Home WiFi is recommended for areas within 5G coverage

We recommend you to upgrade to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 139 to enjoy more 4G/5G data and free 5G access. Your Maxis Zerolution contract will carry over to your new rateplan.
Alternatively, you can opt-in for the free Maxis 5G Access Pass via your Maxis app.

The price of Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & 5G Home WiFi plan is a combination of what you are paying for existing Maxis Postpaid plans (79, 109, 139, 169, 199) and Maxis 5G Home WiFi plans (69, 99, 139).

For an existing mobile customer (who is converting their existing line to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan)
- No advance payment or deposit required.
For new sign-ups
- If you are not an existing Maxis customer; you have to be 18 years and above and must meet our credit requirements.
- Advance payment of one month of your mobile commitment plan may be applicable.
- RM300 deposit is applicable for foreigners.

Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan is available for new registration for both Malaysian and foreigner over the age of 18 years.

You can register for our services at any Maxis Stores, including Maxis Online Store.

Yes, and your existing device contracts will be carried over if you upgrade to a higher rateplan. However, downgrading to a lower rateplan will trigger the contract penalty.

The 5G access pass will be automatically deactivated when you upgrade to any of the new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plans and the subscription fee of 5G Access pass will be prorated and charged in your next bill.
