Maxis Postpaid 69 & 99 plans offer unlimited voice calls, SMS and bundle with 4G and 5G Mobile Internet for Maxis Postpaid customers who reside in Selected Regions*.
It is only suitable for individual usage, but you have the option to share your data pool with others through a share line.
*Selected Regions: East Malaysia, East Coast or such other regions as may be determined by us.

Upon Purchase 1st Bill
Rate Plan Advance Payment 1x Rate Plan Monthly Commitment Fee - Processing Fee (One-time) - RM10 SIM Fee (One-time) - RM10 Your first monthly commitment will be pro-rated, based on the remaining days in the billing cycle.
Additional Information:
- You must be 18 years or older and meet our credit requirements.
- For non-Malaysians, a registration deposit of RM300 is required for Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99 plans.

New Maxis Postpaid mobile sign up is subjected to a one-time processing fee of RM10 and a SIM card fee of RM10.

The processing fee covers administration, processing, and maintenance of your postpaid line, while the SIM fee is for provisioning your new SIM card.

These fees will be included in your first bill after signing up for a new line or additional line. They are not paid upfront.

Yes, these fees apply to new line purchases, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and certain scenarios involving SIM issuance or replacement.

Yes, each new principal line will incur a processing fee. For supplementary lines, only the SIM fee applies.

You will be charged a one-time RM10 SIM fee for any new or replacement SIM/eSIM.

Yes, you may change your rate plan. However, depending on which rate plan you choose, an early termination charge may apply. You may refer to Zerolution or Normal Device Contract terms and conditions here.

Yes, it’s free to call 1800 toll free numbers from mobile phones, which has been in effect since January 2011.
However, local call charges of RM0.15/min is applicable for calls to 1300 toll free numbers.

You will receive full quota upon plan upgrade.

Yes, the upgrade will be charged at the prorate.
