Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis 30th Anniversary - 5G Home WiFi Promo

    1.  This Offer: Maxis 30th Anniversary - 5G Home WiFi Promo.
    2. You: Person(s) who sign(s) up for the Participating Maxis Plan under this Offer.
    3. Participating Maxis Plan: Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 and 139 Plan
    4. Participating Home WiFi Device: Refers to the 5G Home WiFi Device which Maxis determines to be eligible for the Offer and may vary from time to time.
    5. Participating Outlet(s): Refers to the outlet which Maxis determines to be eligible for this Offer and may vary from time to time
    6. Offer: 
      1. Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 : Bill rebate of RM30 for a period of twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months will commence in second (2nd) or third (3rd) month bill from the date of activation of Maxis Home WiFi Device (“Minimum Period of Service”)
      2. Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139 : Bill rebate of RM30 for a period of twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months will commence in second (2nd) or third (3rd) month bill from the date of activation of Maxis Home WiFi Device (“Minimum Period of Service”)
    7.  Offer Period: 31 July 2025 to 4 September 2025 (both dates inclusive)

    General: 

    1. By subscribing to this Offer and use of the Service(s), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis 30th Anniversary - 5G Home WiFi Promo (“SSTC”), the Service Specific Terms and Conditions – Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 and 139 Plan at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-wifi/ (“Maxis Home WiFi”), the Service Specific Terms and Conditions – Maxis 5G Home WiFi Device Contract at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-5g-home-wifi-device-contract/ (“Maxis 5G Home WiFi Device Contract”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    2. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    3. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Offer without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
    4. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
    5. Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
    6. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
    7. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Home WiFi, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) Maxis Home WiFi (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
    8. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.
    1. The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
      1. you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and/or
      2. you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    2. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the criteria and the eligible areas for this Offer from time to time.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the Offer Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.
    1. To enjoy this Offer, you are required to sign up for the Participating Maxis Plan with device contract during the Offer Period.
    2.  By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Participating Maxis Plan which you signed up for. In this regard: -
      1. If you sign up for Maxis Home WiFi, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-wifi/; and
      2. if you sign up for Maxis Home Device Contract, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-5g-home-wifi-device-contract/ .
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Offer and successful registration of the Participating Maxis Plan, you will enjoy the following offer:

    • The Offer is available to all new activations for the Participating Maxis Plan or the Participating Home WiFi Device.
    • Only one (1) Offer for each new activation of any of the Participating Maxis Plan.
    • The Offer will commence in second (2nd) or third (3rd) month bill from the date of activation
    • This Offer will be applied to your bill (excluding applicable tax) during the Minimum Period of Service and you will be able to check and verify bill rebate in your monthly bill which can be viewed in the Maxis app.

    Bill rebate of RM30 for a period of twelve (12) months OR twenty-four (24) months
    • The Offer is available to all new activations for the Participating Maxis Plan with the Participating Home WiFi Device.
    • Only one (1) Offer for each new activation of any of the Participating Maxis Plan.
    • The Offer will commence in second (2nd) or third (3rd) month bill from the date of activation
    • This Offer will be applied to your bill (excluding applicable tax) during the Minimum Period of Service and you will be able to check and verify bill rebate in your monthly bill which can be viewed in the Maxis app.
    1. During the Minimum Period of Service from the date of activation, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Participating Maxis Plan which you have subscribed;
      2. downgrade the Participating Maxis Home WiFi Plan;
      3. change or transfer ownership of the Participating Home WiFi Device which you have purchased to another person; and/or
      4. change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Maxis Home WiFi Plan to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 21 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer.
    1. The Offer is not redeemable, not refundable and exchangeable for cash.
    2. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer fails for any reason whatsoever.
    3. Maxis’ decision on who is eligible and entitled to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.
    4. Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in this Offer or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
