Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Sony TV Touch & Go Campaign

    1. The Campaign: Sign up to a Maxis Home Zerolution Plan for the following Samsung TVs (“Applicable TVs”) to be rewarded with the following Touch ‘n Go Voucher/Credit (“Rewards”):

    1. You: Person(s) signing up for the Campaign.
    2. Campaign Period: Effective from 18 March 2024 until 18 May 2024 (both dates inclusive).
    3. The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Samsung TV Touch & Go Campaign (“SSTC”), the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Home Zerolution (“SSTC – Home Zerolution”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    4. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    5. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the SSTC – Home Zerolution, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) SSTC – Home Zerolution; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
    6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Campaign, the Plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or Plan(s) signed up pursuant to this Campaign (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or Plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who: (i) is at least 18 years of age; (ii) ports-in to Maxis (if you are currently not an existing Maxis customer); and (iii) sign up to a Maxis Home Zerolution Plan for any of the Applicable TVs during the Campaign Period.
    2. You are ineligible for the Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
    3. The Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    4. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for the Campaign from time to time.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with Services and Plans (signed up pursuant to this Campaign). Charges exclude applicable taxes.
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you are required to sign up for a Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) for any of the Applicable TVs during the Campaign Period via any Maxis Sales Channels.
    1. Rewards will be provided to customers who have successfully signed up and activated the Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) with any of the Applicable TVs during the Campaign Period via Maxis Online Store in accordance with Clause 13 above.
    2. If you are entitled to the Rewards, Maxis will notify you via SMS to your mobile number (which you have provided to Maxis when you signed up for the Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) under the Campaign). (“Eligible Participants”).
    3. In respect of the Rewards:
      1. Eligible Participants are required to install Touch ‘n Go app and register for a Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet using his/her mobile phone number used to register and sign up for the Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) under this Campaign (“Registered Mobile Number”) in order to receive the Rewards;
      2. Maxis will credit the Rewards into the relevant Eligible Participants’ Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet account by 30th June 2024. Eligible Participants will be able to verify Maxis’ fulfilment of the Reward by checking his/her Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet balance and/or transaction history in his/her Touch ‘n Go account by 30th June 2024;
      3. In the event Maxis’ attempt to fulfil the Reward by 30th June 2024 is unsuccessful, Maxis will send an SMS to the Registered Mobile Number of the relevant Eligible Participant(s) notifying the same and re-attempt crediting the Reward on 28th June 2024, 4th July 2024 and/or 11th July 2024; and
      4. In the event all the subsequent three (3) attempts made by Maxis to credit the Rewards (as provided in sub-paragraph(c) above) are unsuccessful, it shall constitute, and be deemed as, a waiver on the part of the relevant Eligible Participant(s) to receive the Rewards and the relevant Eligible Participant(s) shall relinquish all of his/her rights and entitlement in relation to the same. In this regard, Maxis shall be entitled to forfeit the Rewards and Maxis shall not be liable or responsible for any claims or whatsoever in relation to and/or arising from the Rewards.
    4. The Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
    5. Any Rewards unutilized and/or unredeemed are not cashable, returnable and/or refundable.
    1. During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) which you have registered under the Campaign;
      2. fail to activate the Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) which you have registered under the Campaign;
      3. change or transfer ownership of the Applicable TV(s) which you signed up under the Campaign to another person; and
      4. change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis Home Zerolution Plan(s) to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 19 above occur, you will no longer be entitled and/or eligible to the Rewards.
    1. Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by you or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
    2. Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to one (1) Reward.
    3. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch ‘n Go (and its group entities) and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Rewards.
