GETTING STARTED

  • The Maxis app is the all-in-one app for Maxis Postpaid Consumer individual and Business individual users. You can manage your accounts, pay your bills, and enjoy great rewards and offers. To download the app, visit the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery.

    Mobile device compatibility

    • For iOS (iPhone/iPad): minimum iOS 14.0, recommended with iOS 16.0 or above
    • For Android: minimum Android OS 7, recommended with Android OS 10 or above
    • For Huawei: minimum EMUI 9, recommended with EMUI 11 or above
  • The Maxis app is for all Maxis Postpaid individual (registered with your IC and billed to you) and Maxis Business Individual users who subscribe to:

    • Maxis Postpaid principal and supplementary mobile lines  
    • Maxis Home Fibre  
    • Maxis Home 4G WiFi and Maxis Home WiFi  
    • Maxis Family & Family member mobile lines
    • Employees who are using Maxis Business mobile lines registered to and provided by their company. Please refer to Maxis app for Business FAQs for more information.


    If you are the PIC who is managing Maxis Business accounts, then Maxis Business Hub is for you. 

  • There is no data charge for usage within the app when in Malaysia. However, the location map feature in Maxis Deals, and re-direction to other websites or apps from the Maxis app will incur standard data charges. Usage of the app when roaming will incur roaming data charges.

  • When an account is barred, the only access allowed is bill payment. The Maxis app is not usable with mobile data, even though data usage for the app is whitelisted during active status. However, the app remains accessible if you connect using WiFi.

  • If you are a new user, you will need to register for a Maxis ID to log in to the Maxis app, Maxis Care, or any Maxis self-serve portals. Tap on "Personal", then "Sign up" using your Maxis line number (if any) and email address. You can then log in easily using either your email address or Maxis mobile number.
