Who can sign up:
- Nationwide: Any Maxis Unlimited Postpaid (RM79, RM89, RM109, RM139, RM169, RM199) with any Maxis Fibre plan (100/300/500Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps).
- Selected regions (East Malaysia, Kelantan, or as determined by us): Maxis Unlimited Postpaid RM69 or RM99 with any Fibre plan (100/300/500Mbps; 1Gbps/2Gbps where available).

You can sign up for a Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plan online or at any Maxis store. Existing users can upgrade their line or add home broadband for a full unlimited internet plan, while new users can choose from the latest unlimited data mobile plans and register instantly.

The price of Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre plan is a combination of what you are paying for existing Maxis Postpaid plans (79, 89, 109, 139, 169, 199) and the Maxis Home Fibre plans (100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps,1Gbps, 2Gbps).
At sign-up, you will need to pay the following:

*(Applicable for Maxis Postpaid 79, 89, 109, 139, 169 & 199)- RM10 Your first monthly commitment will be pro-rated, based on the remaining days in the billing cycle.
Additional Information:
- No advance payment or deposit is required for existing mobile customer (who is converting existing line to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre).
- You must be 18 years or older and meet our credit requirements.
- For non-Malaysians, a registration deposit of RM300 is required for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid Plans

New Maxis Postpaid mobile sign up is subjected to a one-time processing fee of RM10 and a SIM card fee of RM10.

The processing fee covers administration, processing, and maintenance of your postpaid line, while the SIM fee is for provisioning your new SIM card.

These fees will be included in your first bill after signing up for a new line or additional line. They are not paid upfront.

Yes, these fees apply to new line purchases, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and certain scenarios involving SIM issuance or replacement.

Yes, each new principal line will incur a processing fee. For supplementary lines, only the SIM fee applies.

You will be charged a one-time RM10 SIM fee for any new or replacement SIM/eSIM.

All Consumer Individuals, Corporate and SME Individual would be able to sign up for the plan.

You can register for our services at any Maxis Stores, including Maxis Online Store.

Yes, and your existing device contracts will be carried over if you upgrade to higher rateplan. However, downgrade to lower rateplan will trigger contract penalty.

The Maxis 4G Backup is a complimentary backup service which will automatically turns on whenever your Home Fibre is interrupted. This service is only available for customers who sign up to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre before 17 June 2025.

It is an optional value-added service for customers who signed up with Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fiber plan before 17 June 2025.

The 4G Backup service comes with 12-month contract. Early termination of either Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Fibre or exit from Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre plan will trigger early termination fee of RM200.

Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre comes with a 4G Backup that will automatically turn on whenever your Home Fibre is interrupted. Just connect your Maxis Equipment (Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card and dongle) to the Residential Gateway Modem (RGW) to enable the backup feature.

If you are unable to connect to mobile network, please check the following:- Your Maxis equipment is connected to RWG.
- You are using Maxis equipment in fibre installation address.

Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card can only be used when connected to RWG. Service will be barred or terminated if there are usages from non-Maxis Equipment.

Just connect your Maxis Equipment to the RGW. The Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card service will be resumed automatically.

To ensure your Maxis Fiber is always on, we have provided a 4G Backup SIM card for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre customers.
It serves as backup feature for your Fibre service, the mobile internet usage of this SIM and modem are subjected to Maxis Fair Usage Policy and Service Specific Terms & Conditions of Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre.
