View And Download Bill

  • Access your bill instantly via:

    • Maxis app > Tap Bill on the homepage
    • Maxis Care > click on the phone number > then click on the bill amount
  • Download/Print Bills (PDF):

    Maxis App:
    Go to Bills → Download PDF.
    Email it to yourself or print (device must be connected to a printer).

    Maxis Care:
    Navigate to Bills → Download PDF.
    Print directly if your device is printer-ready.

  • Contact Us: Call or chat with Maxis support for clarifications.

    Deadline: Raise disputes or questions within 14 days of your bill date.

  • Your PDF format depends on your bill display preference (summary vs. detailed).

    To switch to detailed bills:

    Maxis App:
    Tap your phone number → Value Add ServicesBill Options.
    Select Detailed Bill under your service.
    Changes apply to next billing cycle.
