Access your bill instantly via:
- Maxis app > Tap Bill on the homepage
- Maxis Care > click on the phone number > then click on the bill amount

Download/Print Bills (PDF):
Maxis App:
Go to Bills → Download PDF.
Email it to yourself or print (device must be connected to a printer).Maxis Care:
Navigate to Bills → Download PDF.
Print directly if your device is printer-ready. -
Contact Us: Call or chat with Maxis support for clarifications.
Deadline: Raise disputes or questions within 14 days of your bill date.

Your PDF format depends on your bill display preference (summary vs. detailed).
To switch to detailed bills:
Maxis App:
Tap your phone number → Value Add Services → Bill Options.
Select Detailed Bill under your service.
