Where and When to Gather

All participants should gather at the KLCC Esplanade.

A mandatory briefing session will take place immediately after registration concludes, just before the Flag Off.

Experience our curated route through KLCC Park, filled with inspirational quotes to guide your personal journey. Run, jog, or walk at your own pace, and track your progress digitally with a GPS app like Strava, Garmin, AllTrails, or Plotaroute.

Ready to Move?
Here's what you need to know.

  • Open to all participants.
  • No age limit. Children aged 4–12 must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.
  • Participants should be in good health and physically fit to join the run.
  • Pregnant women, individuals with medical conditions, or injuries are advised to consult a doctor before participating.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and event guidelines provided by the organizer.

Please come prepared to enjoy your active session.

  • Comfortable Attire: Exercise clothing and supportive running shoes.
  • Hydration: Bring along your water bottle.
  • Fitness Mat: Bring along your own yoga mat if you plan to join the collective fitness class.
  • Smartphone: Ensure your phone is fully charged.
  • Be on time: Registration will start at 6:45 am and 4:15 pm.

Tip: Arrive early, warm up, stay hydrated and enjoy the run!
