    • Unlimited 4G/5G Mobile Data for up to 6 lines — your principal line and all your Share Lines under the same account
    • Seamless connectivity with unlimited internet data across fibre or 5G WiFi.
    • Flexible plan combinations — mix and match any eligible Maxis Postpaid plan (RM69 and above) with any Maxis Fibre or 5G Home WiFi plan.
    • Latest mobile phones and home connected devices at RM0 upfront, with easy 24 or 36 month instalments at 0% interest.

  • All Maxis unlimited postpaid plans come with unlimited data. However, a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies to ensure fair speeds for all users. For example:

    • If the combined monthly mobile data usage (across your principal line, Share Lines, and 4G Backup) exceeds 500 GB, Maxis may limit video streaming or browsing speeds at its discretion.
    • Your Maxis Home Fibre connection remains unlimited, but network optimisation may occur during heavy or abusive use.

  • You can sign up for a Maxis unlimited postpaid plan online or at any Maxis store. Existing users can upgrade their line or add home broadband for a full unlimited internet plan, while new users can choose from the latest unlimited data mobile plans and register instantly.

  • The all-new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre allows you and your family to enjoy the following benefits when you combine ANY Maxis Postpaid (RM69 and above) and ANY Maxis Home Fibre plan (100Mbps and above).

    Benefits that you and your whole family get to enjoy:

    • Unlimited 4G/5G Mobile Data for up to 6 lines – Your principal line and all your Share Lines tied to your principal line will enjoy unlimited mobile data.
    • Uninterrupted Home Fibre Internet – Your Home Fibre now comes with a 4G Backup that will automatically turns on whenever your Home Fibre is interrupted (service available for customers who subscribe to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre before 17 June 2025)
    • LATEST mobile phones and home connected devices at RM0 upfront payment and pay for your devices over 24 or 36 monthly instalments at 0% interest.

  • The all-new Maxis Unlimited Postpaid is available from 15 August 2023 onwards.

  • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre offers unlimited data on mobile and fibre. To ensure better experience for all users, excessive and abusive data usage is subjected to Fair Usage Policy.

    If the combined mobile data usage of your principal line, your shared lines and your Maxis 4G Backup exceed 500GB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion to limit the speed of video streaming & regular browsing.

  • The price of Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre plan is a combination of what you are paying for existing Maxis Postpaid plans (79, 109, 139, 169, 199) and the Maxis Home Fibre plans (100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps,1Gbps, 2Gbps).

    At sign-up, you will need to pay the following:

    Your first monthly commitment will be pro-rated, based on the remaining days in the billing cycle.

    Additional Information:

    • No advance payment or deposit is required for existing mobile customer (who is converting existing line to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre).
    • You must be 18 years or older and meet our credit requirements.
    • For non-Malaysians, a registration deposit of RM300 is required for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid Plans

  • New Maxis Postpaid mobile sign up is subjected to a one-time processing fee of RM10 and a SIM card fee of RM10.

  • The processing fee covers administration, processing, and maintenance of your postpaid line, while the SIM fee is for provisioning your new SIM card.

  • These fees will be included in your first bill after signing up for a new line or additional line. They are not paid upfront.

  • Yes, these fees apply to new line purchases, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and certain scenarios involving SIM issuance or replacement.

  • Yes, each new principal line will incur a processing fee. For supplementary lines, only the SIM fee applies.

  • You will be charged a one-time RM10 SIM fee for any new or replacement SIM/eSIM.

  • All Consumer Individuals, Corporate and SME Individual would be able to sign up for the plan.

  • You can register for our services at any Maxis Stores, including Maxis Online Store.

  • Yes, and your existing device contracts will be carried over if you upgrade to higher rateplan. However, downgrade to lower rateplan will trigger contract penalty.

  • The Maxis 4G Backup is a complimentary backup service which will automatically turns on whenever your Home Fibre is interrupted. This service is only available for customers who sign up to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre before 17 June 2025.

    You will receive Maxis 4G Backup SIM at the point of registration. The 4G Dongle will be delivered to you during fiber installation.

  • It is an optional value-added service for customers who signed up with Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fiber plan before 17 June 2025.

  • The 4G Backup service comes with 12-month contract. Early termination of either Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Fibre or exit from Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre plan will trigger early termination fee of RM200.

  • The 4G Dongle will be delivered to you during fibre installation. Please get ready the Maxis 4G Backup SIM during fibre installation, our Maxperts will set up the Maxis 4G Backup service for you.

  • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre comes with a 4G Backup that will automatically turn on whenever your Home Fibre is interrupted. Just connect your Maxis Equipment (Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card and dongle) to the Residential Gateway Modem (RGW) to enable the backup feature.

  • Check the color on the 4G USB Dongle for the connection status.

    Blue : Connected to 4G mobile network
    Green : Connected to 2G/ 3G mobile network
    Red : Not connected to mobile network


    If you are unable to connect to mobile network, please check the following:

    • Your Maxis equipment is connected to RWG.
    • You are using Maxis equipment in fiber installation address.

  • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card can only be used when connected to RWG. Service will be barred or terminated if there are usages from non-Maxis Equipment.

  • Just connect your Maxis Equipment to the RGW. The Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 4G Backup SIM card service will be resumed automatically.

  • Please walk into any Maxis Store to replace your SIM card.

  • To ensure your Maxis Fiber is always on, we have provided a 4G Backup SIM card for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre customers.

    It serves as backup feature for your Fibre service, the mobile internet usage of this SIM and modem are subjected to Maxis Fair Usage Policy and Service Specific Terms & Conditions of Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre.
