- Charged Smartphone: Your phone will be used for scans, content access, and updates. Ensure it is fully charged.
- Power Bank (Recommended): Bringing a power bank is recommended to ensure your phone battery lasts throughout the experience.
- Maxis App: Download and log in to the Maxis App before your arrival for easier check-in.
- Punctuality: Registration begins 1 hour before your session starts at Menara Maxis. Please plan to arrive on time.

No, you don't. Feel free to explore each location in any order you like.

Easy! Once you arrive at the Dataran Merdeka Heritage Area, head towards the 100m flagpole—you can't miss it!
Then, look out for the green location markers along the staircase, and scan the QR code using the "Scan a QR & Check In" feature in your digital Passport. -
So, you're at the meeting point of the Klang and Gombak rivers—great!
The QR code isn't far away. Walk alongside the river with Jalan Benteng on your left and Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque on your right just across the river.
When you see Wisma Maran up ahead, look out for our green location markers near a set of stairs. That’s where you’ll find the QR code. -
You may redeem your reward at any Maxis centre within the Klang Valley, except at KLIA/KLIA2, Quayside, Saujana, Ampang Point, Seremban, Seremban 2, and Mid Valley Megamall (Kiosk). Go to www.maxis.com.my/en/maxis-store to find the Maxis centre closest to you.
