Where do I register for the bus tour?

If you have received an email informing you that your seat has been confirmed, on the selected day and time of your bus tour, head on over to the Menara Maxis lobby and look for the 'Explore with Maxis' counter. Remember to come early and prepared for a day of adventure!

What is required for the registration process, and why is it important that I register for this event?

Here's what we'll ask you to do at registration: Present your confirmation email. Verify the details of all individuals in your group. What we will provide to you upon registration: Wristbands and your goodie bag. A short safety and tour briefing.

Will food be provided?

If you are joining us for the bus tour, then yes — we would not leave you hungry! A simple, complementary meal will be provided per passenger. Simply indicate your dietary preferences when you sign up.

Can I listen to the audio stories in other languages?

We have prepared the audio stories in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If you're listening through Miya, only English is available. If you're listening with us on the bus tour, ask our friendly bus crew how to toggle between languages.

How can I unlock and redeem Maxis Deals?

What if I'm unable to finish the journey?

Explorer's checklist

Before you hop on, check out these quick requirements:

Eligibility: The event is open exclusively to Maxis customers.
Supplementary Lines: Supplementary/shared line members may attend but must check in together with the principal line owner.
Guest Status: Each registration is allowed to bring one additional guest, who must be above the age of seven (7).
Maxis App Requirement: All attendees—principal and supplementary—must download and log in to the Maxis app before arrival.
Confirmation: Only customers who have received a confirmation email will be permitted to join.
Children: Children above the age of 7 are welcome, and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Physical Comfort: Participants should be comfortable with light walking at each tour stop.
Check-In Policy: All participants should try to check in at least 1 hour before departure. Late arrivals may not be admitted once departure preparations begin.

Please ensure you have the following items ready for a smooth experience:

Comfortable Attire: Wear light, walk-friendly clothing and comfortable shoes, as the event involves light walking.
Charged Smartphone: Your phone will be used for scans, content access, and updates. Ensure it is fully charged.
Power Bank (Recommended): Bringing a power bank is recommended to ensure your phone battery lasts throughout the experience.
Maxis App: Download and log in to the Maxis app before your arrival for easier check-in.
Punctuality: Registration begins 1 hour before your session starts at Menara Maxis. Please plan to arrive on time.
