  • Maxis remains committed to supporting the nation with connectivity needs

As the nation journeys through a recovery phase of Covid-19 and life under the new normal, the efforts and dedication of healthcare frontliners have still not gone unnoticed. Recognising their needs of essential connectivity, Maxis is offering a promotion dedicated for healthcare workers across 86 public and private hospitals nationwide with a three-month free access for its Hotlink Postpaid 60 plan. Each activated SIM card comes with 10GB data, plus free 10GB for YouTube, and unlimited calls and SMS to all networks.

“We know that our frontline heroes continue to dedicate their time to help the nation contain and overcome Covid-19, risking their health and safety under difficult circumstances on a daily basis. As such, we want to continue to acknowledge their efforts and support them with this special three-month offer. We look forward to working with hospitals across the country to facilitate the distribution of this offer,” said Paul McManus, Maxis’ Chief Enterprise Business Officer.

Maxis will be working with the respective hospitals, who will then distribute the promo notification to their hospital staff, where take up will be on a first-come-first serve basis and limited to a total of 5,000 SIM packs. Hospital staff who wish to take up the offer just need to walk into any Maxis Centre to register and collect their SIM packs. They can also choose to continue using the SIM card after the three-month free access period.
