Maxis’ Top Honours Win Underlines Commitment To Unmatched Customer Experience

Maxis has once again set the benchmark for excellence in customer service when it was named Best of the Best In-House Contact Centre for 3rd consecutive year at the recent 15th National Customer Experience Industry Annual Award (ACE) on 8 November.

Tan Lay Han, Maxis’ Head of Sales and Service said, “At Maxis, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our customers, and ensuring that they enjoy an unmatched customer experience. We are very pleased to be recognised for this and to be one above all service organisations in the country.”

The awards are chosen from a panel of local and international judges from call centre associations for Individual and Corporate award categories respectively. Each category of the awards is given a score for the top three placing, added up and the highest score eventually wins the overall top award. In addition to this top award, Maxis came out tops in six Corporate Award categories and five individual categories, bringing the total haul of 28 awards for the night.

The annual ACE Awards identify, recognise and honour distinguished members of the Malaysian contact centre industry who have - with innovation, persistence and focus - taken customer service to new heights. It acknowledges best practices in the customer service and contact centre industry with the aim of increasing customer service awareness, encouraging customer centricity from Malaysian enterprises and customer service individuals.
