Personal Details And Account Information

  • Your personal details such as name, phone number, addresses and email address can be viewed through:

    • Maxis app: go to Me and select Contact Details.
    • Maxis Care: go to Profile, select Manage Profile and Contact Details

     

    Do walk-in or call in personally if you want to verify information such as NRIC, passport number, and gender.

  • Your personal details such as name, phone number, addresses, and email address can be viewed through:

    Maxis App:

    1. Log in or launch the Maxis app — your mobile number will be displayed on the Home screen
    2. Tap VIEW DETAILS to view your Plan, Account, Phone Number, Status, and PUK
    3. Tap the human icon on the top right to access your Profile, where you can view:
      • Account Settings — your Maxis ID (registered email address)
      • Contact Details — name, email address, default contact number, and current residential address
      • Billing Address — the address where physical bills are sent (if requested)

    Maxis Care:

    • Go to Profile, select Manage Profile, then Contact Details

    ⚠️ Please note: For verification of sensitive information such as your NRIC, passport number, and gender, kindly walk in to a Maxis store or call in personally.

  • You can check your account number, registered email, and addresses via the Maxis app:

    1. Log in or launch the Maxis app — your mobile number is displayed on the Home screen
    2. Tap VIEW DETAILS to view your:
      • Plan
      • Account Number
      • Phone Number
      • Status
      • PUK
    3. Alternatively, tap the human icon on the top right and navigate to Profile for further account details

    You may also access this information via Maxis Care under Account Information.

Understanding Addresses & Emails

  • Residential address: Your official residence (used for official correspondence).

    Billing address: Where paper bills are mailed (if selected).

  • Registered email: For general correspondence.

    eBill email: Dedicated for bill delivery.
    Tip: You can use the same email for both.

  • Visit any Maxis Store with your NRIC for biometric verification.

    Foreigners: Bring current and expired passports (if used for registration).

  • Visit a Maxis Centre with:

    • New MyKad.
    • Surat Kelulusan Pindaan Nama (JPN approval letter).
  •  Visit a Maxis Centre with your MyKad.

  • Your contact details for your account can be updated anytime on Maxis app or Maxis care:

    • Maxis app: go to Me and select Contact Details.
    • Maxis Care: go to Profile, select Manage Profile and Contact Details
  • For seamless access to your Maxis services, quick verification for all transactions and easily manage of multiple services in Maxis app and facilitate hassle-free identity verification. 

  • Update whenever you, renew your passport or get a new passport and notice different passport numbers across your services.

  • You might experience verification delays, difficulty managing multiple lines with Maxis app and inconvenience during future transactions.
