Kemenangan Anugerah Utama Membuktikan Komitmen Maxis Terhadap Pengalaman Pelanggan Yang Tiada Tandingan

Maxis sekali lagi telah menjadi penanda aras bagi kecemerlangan dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan apabila ia dinamakan Pusat Perhubungan Dalaman Terbaik Antara Yang Terbaik untuk tahun ke-3 berturut-turut di Anugerah Industri Pengalaman Pelanggan Kebangsaan Tahunan Ke-15 (National Customer Experience Industry Annual Award - ACE) pada 8 November.

Tan Lay Han, Ketua Jualan dan Perkhidmatan Maxis berkata, "Di Maxis, kami komited untuk menyampaikan perkhidmatan berkualiti tinggi kepada para pelanggan kami, dan memastikan mereka menikmati pengalaman pelanggan yang tiada tandingan. Kami amat gembira dengan pengiktirafan ini dan dinamakan salah satu daripada organisasi perkhidmatan yang terbaik di negara."

Anugerah-anugerah ini dipilih daripada panel hakim tempatan dan antarabangsa dari persatuan pusat perhubungan masing-masing bagi kategori anugerah Individu dan Korporat. Setiap kategori anugerah diberikan markah untuk tiga tempat teratas, dijumlahkan dan skor tertinggi akhirnya memenangi anugerah utama keseluruhan. Selain anugerah utama tersebut, Maxis juga mendapat tempat teratas dalam enam kategori Anugerah Korporat dan lima kategori Individu, membawa pulang sejumlah 28 pada malam tersebut.

Anugerah tahunan ACE mengenal pasti, mengiktiraf dan menghargai ahli industri pusat perhubungan Malaysia yang telah membawa khidmat pelanggan ke tahap yang baru melalui pembaharuan, kegigihan dan fokus. Ia mengiktiraf amalan terbaik dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dan industri pusat hubungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesedaran perkhidmatan pelanggan, menggalakkan hubungan sentrik pelanggan dari syarikat-syarikat Malaysia dan individu perkhidmatan pelanggan.
