Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Sale Campaign

- The Campaign: Maxis Sale Campaign
- You: Person(s) signing up for the following plans under this Campaign: -
- Maxis Device Contract (limited to Maxis Postpaid 98 and 128); and/or
- Maxis Home Zerolution (limited to Maxis Fibre 500mbps and Maxis Fibre 800mbps).
- Campaign Period: from 1 August 2022 until 30 September 2022 (both dates inclusive).
- The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC. Further, this Campaign is subject to the respective SSTC listed under Clause 15 below and the terms and conditions therein shall be applicable to this Campaign.For clarity, any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC and the respective SSTC listed under Clause 15 below, this SSTC shall take precedence.
- We reserve the rights without liability to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within twenty-eight (28) days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
- You must be a new or existing customer of Maxis who port-in to Maxis or sign up any of the Maxis Plan(s) during the Campaign Period who are at least 18 years of age (“Eligible Person”).
- You are ineligible to participate in this Campaign if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- This Campaign is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to confirm if you are suitable and/or eligible for the Offer.
- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Maxis Plan(s) both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges excludes applicable taxes.
- Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of any of the Maxis Plan(s), you will enjoy the following offer:

- Depending on your subscription plan during the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of each of the Maxis Plan(s) as follows:
- Maxis Device Contract (limited to Maxis Postpaid 98 and 128), its SSTC at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/devices/contract/device-contract/.
- Maxis Home Zerolution at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/devices/home-internet/home-zerolution/ and https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre.html.
- You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
- terminate or suspend the registered Maxis Plan(s); fail to activate the registered Maxis Plan(s);
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis Plan(s) to another person.
- If any of the events in clause 14 above occur, we shall have the right to immediately terminate your Maxis Plan(s), in which you shall be liable to any applicable early termination charges as stated in the applicable SSTC.
- You shall NOT during the Campaign Period:
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Mobile Device and/or Home Device is not returnable upon purchased and acceptance of this SSTC.
- We reserve the right to rescind any of the subsidies given on Mobile and/or Home Device in the event you terminate your postpaid plan /account. Depending on your credit check result and applicable commitment period, we may collect from you device advance payment. If we collect device advance payment from you, such advance amount will be refunded to you by way of rebate directly to your monthly bill over a period of 12-months, 24-months, or 36-months, as the case maybe.
