If you’re registering for Maxis services, simply request Direct Debit sign-up during your service registration, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Already a Maxis customer? You can easily set up Direct Debit yourself anytime through:
Maxis app:·
- Go to Bill and select the account you want to pay.
- Add your card details to activate Direct Debit payments.
Maxis Care:- Navigate to Bill and choose the account you want to link.
- Enter your card details to enable Direct Debit.
It’s quick, easy, and ensures your bills are paid automatically every cycle! -
You can update or remove your credit card details easily via the Maxis app or Maxis Care.
To Update Your Card (New Card)
For Direct Debit (Auto-Pay):
- Open the Maxis app → Tap Bills (bottom menu) → Direct Debit.
- Toggle to Enable Direct Debit (if inactive).
- Enter your new card details → Confirm and submit.
For Manual Payments (Card on File):- Go to Bills → Pay Now → Add New Card.
- Enter your new card details → Check Save for future payments.
- Submit to update
To Remove a Lost/Expired Card
For Direct Debit (Auto-Pay):
- Open the Maxis app → Bills → Direct Debit.
Disable or Remove the lost card’s authorization.
- For Saved Cards (Manual Payments):
- Go to Bills → Payment Settings or Saved Cards.
- Select the lost card → Tap Remove or Delete.
