Real Maxis/Hotlink emails ONLY come from these domains:

• @maxis.com.my
  (Example: pay@maxis.com.my)
• @maxis.my
  (Example: noreply@maxis.my)
• @myeb.maxis.com.my
  (Example: ebills@myeb.maxis.com.my)
• @insider.hotlink.com.my
  (Example: marketing@insider.hotlink.com.my)

Warning signs of fake emails:

• Misspelled domains (like "maxiz.com.my" or "hotlinkk.com")
• Suspicious subdomains (like "maxis.othersite.com")

For your security, Maxis will NEVER:

• Request your password.
• Ask for your full credit card number through email.
• Send unexpected attachments (like .exe files).
• Demand immediate payment through unofficial channels.

Whitelist Maxis in just 2 minutes:

For Gmail users:

1. Open a genuine Maxis email.
2. Click the sender’s name next to "From".
3. Select "Add to Contacts".

For Outlook users:

1. Right-click our sender address.
2. Choose "Add to Safe Senders".
