Maxis Member-Get-Member (MGM) Program: Refer & Earn
Program Overview

The Maxis Member-Get-Member (MGM) program rewards you for bringing friends and family to Maxis. When someone you refer switches from another Malaysian service provider to Maxis, both of you receive bill rebates as our way of saying "thank you!"
Eligibility

You can participate as a referrer if you:
- Are an existing Maxis Postpaid customer with any rate plan
- Have an active account in good standing

Your friends or family members can be referred if they:
- Are currently with another Malaysian mobile service provider (not Maxis)
- Will be switching (porting) their existing number to a Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Share Plan
- Have not been a Maxis customer within the last 6 months
Rewards

For each successful referral:
- You'll receive a RM50 bill rebate for each successful port-in
- The rebate will be credited to your account in the 2nd month after your friend's successful port-in
- You can receive rebates for up to 10 successful referrals, with a maximum cap of RM500 per IC
- Once you've reached the RM500 maximum rebate, you won't be eligible for additional rebates
Important conditions for Referrer rebates:
- Rebates are only given if your referred friend successfully ports in, signs up for the MGM offer, and remains active at the time the rebate is processed
- If you refer more than 10 customers, you will not receive additional RM50 rebates beyond the RM500 cap

Your friend will receive:
- A bill rebate equal to one month's commitment of their chosen rate plan
- The rebate is split equally over their 2nd and 3rd month bills
Example:
If your friend signs up for Maxis Postpaid 139:- They'll receive a total rebate of RM140
- RM70 will be credited in their 2nd month bill
- RM70 will be credited in their 3rd month bill
Program Limitations

No, customers who are already enjoying other offers or rebates will not be eligible for the MGM rebate. The MGM program cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
How to Refer

It's simple! You have two options:
- Online: Submit your friend's name and mobile number through our referral portal
- In-Store: Ask your friend to mention your name and mobile number when they visit a Maxis Store to switch
