  • From 13 November 2025 – 14 January 2026, eligible customers can redeem Premiums by purchasing qualifying plans at participating Maxis Stores. Stocks are limited—act fast!

  • You qualify if you:

    • Subscribe to Maxis Postpaid Principal plans (MP99, 109, 139, 169, 199) at participating Maxis Stores, or
    • Activate Maxis Broadband plans (100/300/500Mbps, 1/2Gbps, WBB69/99/139, Family Plan (299/399/499) at participating Maxis Stores, or
    • Purchase a device on any device contract with the above-mentioned plan at participating Maxis Stores.
    • Complete your transaction between 13 November 2025 – 14 January 2026

     

    Not eligible for:

    • purchase of Accessories & Merchandise
    • You must visit a participating Maxis Stores and make a qualifying purchase.
    • Collect your Premium (subject to stock availability).

  • Stocks vary by location and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend redeeming early!

  • Yes! Each eligible transaction earns 1 Premium. You can redeem multiple times with separate purchases.

  • Each MSISDN is only entitled to ONE (1) Premium redemption.

  • No extensions or cash alternatives are offered, so don’t wait!

  • Nope! The Premium is 100% FREE for eligible customers. No extra charges—just pure celebration!
