  From 18 November 2025 – 14 January 2026, eligible customers can redeem a limited-edition Blind Box Mini Plushie Keychain by purchasing qualifying devices at Maxis Online Store. Stocks are limited—act fast!

• Who is eligible?

  You qualify if you:

  • purchase a device on any device contract at Maxis Online Store.
  • complete your transaction between 18 November 2025 to 14 January 2026

   

  Not eligible for:

  • purchase of Accessories & Merchandise
  • purchase of Home Devices

   

  Note: 

  • For Maxis Online Store transactions: only Blind Box is redeemable. 
  • Delivery orders: Your Blind Box will arrive with your device.
  • Self-collection: Redeem ONLY at the store where you picked up your device.

• Can I choose my Blind Box design?

  Blind Boxes are mystery collectibles—each contains a random Mini Plushie Keychain! We can’t swap designs, but every box is a unique surprise!

• Can I redeem multiple Blind Boxes?

  Yes! Each eligible transaction earns 1 Blind Box. You can redeem multiple times with separate purchases.

• If I sign up for a new Maxis Postpaid 109 line and a new device contract, will I be eligible to 1 or 2 blind box redemption?

  Each MSISDN is only entitled to ONE (1) blind box redemption.

• What happens if I miss the redemption deadline?
