FAQ: Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Promotion (Free Samsung 55” UHD TV)

  • Customers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra with an eligible Maxis Postpaid plan will receive a free Samsung 55” UHD TV, subject to eligibility and while stocks last.

  • The promotion runs from 25 May 2026 until 31 July 2026 or while stocks last, whichever comes first.

  • 1.     This promotion is open to new and existing Maxis customers who:

    • Purchase the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra through any of the following contracts during the promotion period:
      • Maxis Device Contract
      • Maxis Zerolution
    • Subscribe to an eligible plan:
      • Maxis Postpaid 139 and above plan; or
      • The New Maxis Family Plan (299 or 399)
  • This promotion is valid for purchases made via:

    • Maxis Store
    • Maxis Online Store
  • A purchase is considered successful once the contract is signed.

  • No. Eligibility is only confirmed once the contract is signed.

  • No. The promotion only applies to purchases made during the campaign period.

  • Yes, each eligible Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra purchase, tied to an eligible Maxis plan, is eligible for promotion.

  • No. The promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

  • Availability will be confirmed at the point of purchase and contract signing.

  • No. The TV is non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

  • No. The TV is non-transferable.

  • Maxis reserves the right to substitute the TV with another model of similar value if necessary.

  • The TV will be delivered within 3-14 working days after successful purchase, subject to logistics arrangements.

  • The TV will be delivered to your billing address captured at the point of order confirmation.

  • Yes. You must verify and confirm that your billing address is accurate and up to date before order confirmation.

  • No. Any changes made after order confirmation will not be considered for TV delivery.

    Maxis will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or outdated address details.

  • Yes.

    For orders through the Maxis Online Store: A TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

    For orders through Maxis Stores: Your personal details will be requested:

    • Name
    • IC
    • Address
  • The TAC is a security measure to ensure that the TV is delivered only to the rightful recipient.

    This process protects customers by ensuring the TV is not released to unauthorised individuals.

    1. The delivery agent will request the TAC sent to your mobile number or your personal details. The TV will only be handed over after successful verification.
    2. A friendly driver will perform in-home setup:
      • Bring the device into your home.
      • Unbox it and help you inspect for damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
      • Perform a quick setup check (power on, basic functions).
  • If defect(s) found during delivery: A replacement TV will be delivered to you on a separate date within 2 days, depending on stock availability.

    If defect(s) found after delivery: You may contact the manufacturer directly at the Samsung Hotline 1 800 88 9999.

  • The TV will only be handed over upon successful validation. The person receiving the TV must be able to provide valid details to confirm they are the rightful recipient.

  • The TV will not be handed over without proper verification, as this is required to ensure secure delivery to the rightful recipient.

  • The delivery partner will contact you to reschedule delivery.

  • If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the TV may be forfeited without further liability.

  • Yes. The TV is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • All warranty and product-related issues are handled by the manufacturer, subject to their terms and conditions.

  • Maxis has the right to impose applicable charges for early termination of your device contract.

  • Yes. Maxis may disqualify any customer suspected of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the promotion.

  • Yes. Maxis reserves the right to amend, substitute, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
