Maxis eSIM Exclusive RM50 TNG eWallet Credits Campaign – FAQ

  • Maxis is offering Touch’nGo eWallet credit of RM50 to customers who sign up and successfully activate a new line on eSIM with the following rate plans, Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169 or 199 plans via the Maxis Online Store. Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period.

  • The campaign runs from 8 December 2025 to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive).

  • Eligibility criteria:

    1. Subscribe to Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169, or 199 plan (“Participating Maxis Plan”) via Maxis Online Store.
    2. Select eSIM as your preferred SIM type. Both new and existing Maxis customers who meet the criteria above are eligible.
  • New Registration includes new number, Port-In, and conversion from Hotlink Prepaid-to-Maxis Postpaid. All are eligible for the reward. For clarity, Hotlink Postpaid change to Maxis Postpaid is not eligible.

  • No. Postpaid-to-Postpaid migrations (Hotlink Postpaid → Maxis Postpaid) are not eligible for this campaign.

  • No. This reward is exclusively for online sign-ups via the Maxis Online Store.

  • You will receive the RM50 Touch’nGo eWallet credit according to the activation and fulfilment schedule below:

    • You will be notified via the Touch’nGo eWallet app (“Inbox” > “Activities”) once credit is received.
    • If initial fulfilment fails, Maxis will notify you by SMS and re-attempt crediting twice, as per schedule above.
    • You must download the Touch’nGo app and register an account using the newly registered mobile number to receive the credit.
    • The campaign is capped at 1,200 eligible redemptions overall.
    • Each NRIC is limited to one (1) RM50 TNG eWallet credit reward.

  • Your RM50 reward credit never expires! Enjoy using it anytime. To ensure smooth delivery:

    1. Register your Touch 'n Go account using your new Maxis number
    2. Check "Inbox > Activities" in your Touch 'n Go app
    3. Note your fulfilment date from the schedule above

  • Please refer to the steps as below:

    • Select eSIM type during your purchase on the Maxis Online Store
    • Receive the confirmation email with the subject "Your eSIM [number] is ready to install!"
    • Click on the "INSTALL eSIM NOW" button in the email.
    • Open the Maxis app and navigate to the "Activate eSIM" section.
    • Note: If you’re new customer need to download the Maxis App
    • Fill in the required information:
      ID Type
      ID Last 6 Digits
      Invoice ID (from Maxis Invoice email)
    • Click "SUBMIT" to proceed with the installation.
    • Once installation is successful, the network activation will begin automatically.
