• What is the Olé, Olé Boleh Campaign?

  The Olé, Olé Boleh Campaign is an exciting opportunity for existing and new Maxis Postpaid, Maxis Home Fibre, Maxis Home WiFi, and Hotlink Postpaid individual subscribers to win fantastic prizes. You could win Al-Ikhsan cash vouchers worth RM350, a Samsung 65” UHD Smart TV, or a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (512GB).

• What is the campaign period for Olé, Olé Boleh Campaign?

  The Olé, Olé Boleh Campaign runs from 18 May to 19 July 2026. Must sure to enter during this period to be in the running for the weekly prizes.

• Who can participate the Olé, Olé Boleh Campaign?

  Any active Maxis Postpaid, Maxis Home Fibre, Maxis Home WiFi or Hotlink Postpaid subscriber with no outstanding payments during the campaign period is able to participate.

  Here is the list of eligible plans:

  • Maxis Postpaid/Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 68, 69, 79, 89, 98, 99, 109, 128, 139, 158, 169, 188, 199;
  • Maxis Family Plan 299, 399, 499;
  • New Maxis Family Plan 299, 399;
  • Maxis Home Fibre 30, 100, 300, 500, 800 MBPS, 1GBPS, 2GBPS;
  • Maxis Home Wi-Fi 68, 69, 99, 138, 139, 158, 159;
  • Hotlink Postpaid 30, 40, 45, 60, 65, 70, 75.

• What if I have outstanding payments on my Maxis/Hotlink account?

  To be eligible for the giveaway, your Maxis or Hotlink account must not have any outstanding payments during the campaign period. Please ensure your payments are up to date to participate.

• How do I participate the giveaway?

  The giveaway is held on a weekly basis. To enter the giveaway for each week, you must complete the steps below:

  Step 1: Complete either of the following

  1. Purchase any new mobile postpaid or home internet service; or
  2. Purchases a new device on any new or existing service; or
  3. Upgrade your mobile postpaid or home internet plan.

  Each of the above would be considered as one (1) entry.

  Step 2: Ensure you have no outstanding payments with us

  Step 3: Ensure you have a registered account on the Maxis App for Maxis subscribers or Hotlink App for Hotlink subscribers.

• What prizes could I win and how often can they be won?

  You could win one of these fantastic prizes:

  1. 1000 x Al-Ikhsan cash vouchers worth RM350
  2. 100 x Samsung 65” UHD Smart TV
  3. 50 x Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB

  Prizes are awarded weekly throughout the campaign period. Entries submitted within each week's campaign period are eligible for that week's prizes.

  Winners are selected based on the order of valid entries received:

  • Al-Ikhsan cash voucher: Every 140th, 280th, 420th entry, and so on.
  • Samsung 65” UHD TV: Every 1440th, 2880th, 4320th entry, and so on.
  • Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra: Every 2650th, 5300th, 7950th entry, and so on.

  All winners are subject to further verification.

  Here are the weekly periods:

  • Week 1: 18 May – 24 May 2026
  • Week 2: 25 May – 31 May 2026
  • Week 3: 1 June – 7 June 2026
  • Week 4: 8 June – 14 June 2026
  • Week 5: 15 June – 21 June 2026
  • Week 6: 22 June – 28 June 2026
  • Week 7: 29 June – 5 July 2026
  • Week 8: 6 July – 12 July 2026
  • Week 9: 13 July – 19 July 2026

  Entries submitted within the campaign period of each week would be eligible to win prizes for that specified week.

• Can I participate or win multiple times?

  Yes, you can submit multiple entries each week to increase your chances of winning. If you didn't win in a previous week, you must participate again in the following weeks to be eligible for new prizes. While you can win again in subsequent weeks, you are limited to winning once per week.

• How will I know if I've won?

  Winners will be announced weekly on our website and notified via SMS and Maxis/Hotlink app.

• How long will it take to receive my prize after I've been notified?

  After you have been contacted by phone call and verified as a winner, prizes will be fulfilled weekly. You will receive further details on the estimated delivery timeframe via phone call.

• How do I receive my prize?

  • Al-Ikhsan cash vouchers will be sent to your Maxis/Hotlink app.
  • Samsung S26 Ultra & Samsung 65” UHD Smart TV will be delivered to your preferred delivery address.

• How do I redeem my Al-Ikhsan cash voucher?

  Your Al-Ikhsan cash voucher will be sent directly to your Maxis/Hotlink app. Please check the voucher details within the app for any specific terms or validity periods.

• Can I exchange my prize for cash or transfer it?

  No, prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable.

• Do prizes come with a warranty?

  Yes, all electronic prizes include a manufacturer’s warranty.
