Let's Train Together is a free hybrid functional training event guided by certified instructors from MORPH KL. Participants will work in teams of two and complete a series of functional fitness stations designed to challenge strength, endurance, agility, and teamwork.

Everyone is welcome, including first-timers. No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. Participants must register as a team of two. Participants should also be of an appropriate age to safely undertake physical activity, and those under 18 years old may require parental or guardian consent. No, this is a training experience focused on fitness, teamwork, and having fun. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves and move at their own pace.

The session consists of six functional movement stations designed to test and improve strength, stamina, coordination, and teamwork through a variety of exercises.

Yes. The event is beginner-friendly, and instructors from MORPH KL will provide guidance and modifications where needed.

Yes, subject to slot availability, participants may register for multiple sessions.

Yes, this training is designed for teams of two. You can join with a friend, family member, or colleague.

Yes, teammate changes can be made before your wave session starts, though it's not advisable to do so once your registration has been locked in. Please inform the organisers as early as possible if a change is needed.

You may arrange for a replacement teammate. If not, the organisers may attempt to pair you with another participant, subject to availability.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled wave to allow time for check-in and warm-up.

Late arrivals may forfeit their slot, which may be reassigned to walk-in participants or those on the waiting list.

The event operates in a wave format, with a new group starting every 10 minutes. Each team's training session lasts approximately 15 minutes.

Each wave accommodates four teams (eight participants).
Training Experience

The training sessions will be conducted by experienced instructors from MORPH KL.

Yes. All participants are required to take part in the guided warm-up before starting the training stations.

That's perfectly fine. The goal is participation and personal achievement. Instructors can provide alternatives or modifications where applicable.

Yes. Instructors will offer guidance and modifications to suit varying fitness abilities where possible.
Health & Safety

Participants should be in good health and physically fit to take part. If you are pregnant, have pre-existing medical conditions, or are recovering from an injury, please consult a doctor before participating.
