• What is the Maxis Home WiFi Sign up & Get Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits Campaign?

  Maxis is offering up to RM100 in Touch ’n Go eWallet credits to customers who sign up and successfully activate a new Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99, 139, or 159 bundle plan via the Maxis Online Store. Rewards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period.

• What is the campaign period?

  The campaign runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).

• Who is eligible for this campaign?

  You must sign up and successfully activate a new Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99, 139, or 159 with device bundle plan during campaign period.

• How much Touch ’n Go eWallet credits is rewarded?

  You will receive Touch ’n Go eWallet credits corresponding to your selected Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan (see table below).

• Does the campaign apply to purchases made at any Maxis retail outlet?

  No. This reward is exclusive to online sign-ups via the Maxis Online Store.

• How will customers receive the Touch ’n Go eWallet credits?

  You will receive your Touch ’n Go eWallet credits based on the schedule below.

• If you are a new Touch ‘n Go user:

  Download the Touch ’n Go eWallet app and register using your registered default contact number used to register and sign up for the Participating Plan(s) to receive your credits. You will be notified in the app (Inbox > Activities) once the credits have been added to your eWallet.

• If you are an existing Touch ‘n Go user:

  You must use the default contact number registered to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account to register and sign up for the Participating Plan(s) under this Campaign in order to receive the Reward(s).

  If the initial fulfilment fails, Maxis will notify you via SMS and attempt to credit your reward twice, as per the schedule above. If both attempts fail, the reward will be forfeited.

• What is the maximum number of TNG eWallet rewards an individual NRIC may receive under this campaign?

  The campaign is capped at 425 eligible redemptions overall.

  Each NRIC is limited to one (1) Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit reward.

  Your reward credits never expires! Enjoy using it anytime. To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Check "Inbox > Activities" in your Touch 'n Go app
  • Note your fulfilment date from the schedule above
