FAQ - Maxis Home Fibre Mid-year Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credits Campaign

Maxis is offering up to RM200 in Touch ’n Go eWallet credits to customers who sign up and successfully activate a new Maxis Home Fibre 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps plan via the Maxis Online Store. Rewards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis during the campaign period.

The campaign runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).

You must sign up and successfully active a new Maxis Home Fibre 300Mbps, 500Gbps, 1Gbps, or 2Gbps plan during campaign period.

You will receive Touch ’n Go eWallet credits corresponding to your selected Maxis Home Fibre plan (see table below).

You will receive your Touch ’n Go eWallet credits based on the schedule below.

10 July 2026 Download the Touch ’n Go eWallet app and register using your newly registered mobile number to receive your credits. You will be notified in the app (Inbox > Activities) once the credits have been added to your eWallet.
If the initial fulfilment fails, Maxis will notify you via SMS and attempt to credit your reward twice, as per the schedule above. If both attempts fail, the reward will be forfeited.

The campaign is capped at 600 eligible redemptions overall.
Each NRIC is limited to one (1) Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit reward.
