Each registration is limited to two (2) participants in total: the principal and one (1) guest.

The Maxis App is required for the main registrant to check in, receive updates, and complete the experience. Guests are not required to have the app.

If you have received an e-ticket via WhatsApp, please proceed to Menara Maxis lobby at your selected date and time. Look for the “Explore with Maxis” counter.

Arrive early and be prepared for a day of adventure.

Registration will open 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

At registration, we will ask you to:

• Present your confirmation email.
• Verify the details of all individuals in your group.

You will then receive:

• Wristbands and your goodie bag.
• A short safety and tour briefing.

Yes. All registered participants must arrive together to check in as one group.

The bus will depart as scheduled. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the tour once departure begins.

We recommend that you plan your journey to Menara Maxis to arrive early and avoid disappointment, as the bus will need to depart on time. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make exceptions for latecomers.

To be fully prepared for your adventure, we advise you bring the following:

• Your smartphone (fully charged!) with the latest Maxis App downloaded
• Comfortable shoes
• Weather essentials (e.g. sun hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, raincoat, umbrella)

Upon registration, you will also receive a fan, a bottle of water, and a small packet of snacks.

Yes. A simple complimentary meal will be provided for each passenger joining the bus tour. Please indicate your dietary preferences during sign-up.

You can navigate to each location by tapping the respective stamp in your Passport, which will open Google Maps or Waze. Once you arrive, look out for the QR codes at the “Explore with Maxis” markers. QR codes are only available during the campaign period, from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Easy! Once you arrive at the Dataran Merdeka Heritage Area, head towards the 100m flagpole—you can't miss it!

Then, look out for the green location markers along the staircase, and scan the QR code using the "Scan a QR & Check In" feature in your digital Passport.

So, you're at the meeting point of the Klang and Gombak rivers—great!

The QR code isn't far away. Walk alongside the river with Jalan Benteng on your left and Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque on your right just across the river.

When you see Wisma Maran up ahead, look out for our green location markers near a set of stairs. That’s where you’ll find the QR code.

You should be able to spot our green location markers right outside the front of the restaurant.

Alternatively, feel free to step inside and ask one of the friendly wait staff how to scan the QR code.

The rooftop at Else Retreat is truly one of KL's best-kept hidden gems—not to be missed. But you might need a little help getting there.

Once you enter the building, take the lift to the hotel reception on Level 1 and speak to the hotel staff. They’ll be happy to guide you to the QR code and show you how to get a special peek at the rooftop.

Take a walk up or down the staircase connecting the Stadium Merdeka entrance to Merdeka 118 and enjoy a glimpse of the historic Stadium Merdeka grounds.

Near the stadium’s entrance, you will be able to find our green location markers. Scan the QR code and check in!

If you are listening through Miya, only English is available.

Toilet breaks are available at three points along the route: KLCC (starting point), Warong Old China, and Else Retreat.

You may join the tour midway, but it is not encouraged as you may miss key parts of the experience.

Definitely! All locations are based around KL City Centre. Getting from one place to another should not take too long. 

We encourage you to complete the full journey, as a special reward awaits at the end.

If you need to leave early, inform a bus crew member so they can guide you accordingly.

Easy! Simply go to Miya and ask her, "Show me the video from <location> again." She will take you to the video so you can hear the desired audio story once more.

Once you have successfully checked in at all five locations, you will see a pop-up with brief instructions on the redemption process. To go back there, go to "View my Passport."

Each completed Passport entitles its user to redeem 1x Maxis Dinocorn Blind Box Keychain. Due to limited stock availability, only 1x unit can be provided per completed Passport.

You may redeem your reward at any Maxis centre within the Klang Valley, except at KLIA/KLIA2, Quayside, Saujana, Ampang Point, Seremban, Seremban 2, and Mid Valley Megamall (Kiosk). Go to www.maxis.com.my/en/maxis-store to find the Maxis centre closest to you.
