    1. Open the Maxis App and navigate to the Home page
    2. Tap the "Maxis Birthday Treat" banner in the "What's Hot" section
    3. Browse through the exclusive discounted products available
    4. Select your favourite item and add it to your cart
    5. Verify the discount has been automatically applied in your cart
    6. Tap "Buy Now" to proceed to checkout
    7. Fill in your payment and delivery details
    8. Complete your purchase and enjoy your birthday treat!

     

  • The discount offer is only redeemable through the Maxis App, if you have not registered an account on the Maxis App, you will have until the end of the offer period to register an account and still be eligible to redeem the Offer. The discount offer will be available for redemption until 31 March 2026.

  • 5 - 31 March 2026 (or until stocks run out).

    • Existing Maxis customers with March birthdays
    • Must have Malaysian shipping address
  • One-time payment only (Maxis Zerolution excluded).

  • No – doorstep delivery only.
